Border Patrol

Over the last several decades, this author [who used to be a public servant himself] noted a radical decrease in the quality of our public servants, reaching a crescendo last week when returning to the country of my birth from other countries, MANY of which are now beginning to seem more attractive in MANY ways. Our border and customs agents have never been the world's best or friendliest, or even the most efficient, but this was the straw that broke the camel's back.
