     On October 02, 2003, you acknowledged receipt and proceeded

to send your spam, thus incurring the $5,000.00 per spam message.

Between October 01, 2003 and October 28, 2003, you sent 286 spma

messages to me at $5,000.00 each = $1,430,000.00.  To this, I add

$25,000.00 for the 5 spam that you sent to me this date, January,

21, 2004.  You will continue to incur the $5,000.00 per spam mesasge,

as per my October 01, 2003 LEGAL NOTICE.  Please immediately

inform me how you will pay this legitimate financial debt.
