Children's Advocate
is a primarily formed "recipient committee" formed to
bring an initiative
known as the "Family Reconciliation Act".
This committee is
dedicated to overthrow the pernicious effects of "no-fault"
divorce as enacted
by the Family Law Act of 1969. The documents located at
this web cite we
believe will persuade you that challenging the "no fault"
divorce statute
in California is the right thing to do and that it is timely.
With your help Children's
Advocate believes Californian's will obtain the
opportunity to mitigate
the most damaging blow to the institution of marriage
and family in American
history and the law which led the nation into an
abysmal culture
of familial breakdown and violence to children.
