I think we must tread very
carefully here. I am not prepared to lay the blame on any given race. And
doing so certainly can not help incorporate Americans into the global community.
being part of a global community means acceptance of racial and religious
differences. I am sorry to say but I believe this site may be trying to work a
different angle. It seems more likely it would insight a division of
communities.
Saudi Arabia has a much lower crime rate this it true. They employ a
completely different tactic than us. They firmly believe that women are the cause of
most crimes. Hence keeping their women covered so as to not insight riots in the
men. Also penalties are far more vicious than in our country. I think there
are viable methods to curbing the murder rate in this country and finding methods to unite
our people. In all actuality the murder rate in this nation has gone down over the
past ten years, so that is promising. Carrots always gotthe mule moving better than
the stick so perhaps we should start there.

rates in Saudia Arabia and most Muslim nations (and most other nations, including some
African nations) are so much lower than ours is much simpler than that,
though. There's a simple REASON the top four Murder Capitols of the WORLD were
American cities, and that crime rates in cities like Singapore, which is twice as densely
populated as Washington, DC, have homicide rates like North Dakota, at 0.2 homicides per
100,000 population.
It's not poverty. The wealthiest blacks in the world live in Washington,
DC. It's not discrimination, unless you blame discrimination against Whites, which
is all that Washington represents any more. It's not slavery--there haven't been any
slaves there for a century and a half now, the majority of the blacks in Washington are
not descendants of slaves, most slaves were Whites, and most blacks weren't slaves so most
of their descendants aren't descendants of slavery.
