First Annual Conclave of the Signatories to the FATHERS' MANIFESTOsm October 6-8, 1995 The following "Demand for Repayment" was adopted by the Signatories to the FATHERS' MANIFESTOsm who were in attendance at this First Annual Conclave at Mason Park in Irvine, California on October 6-8, 1995.
I,__________________________________________________________, Address_____________________________________________________, being of sound mind and in good spirits hereby certify on this date __________, that: I) I am a Signatory to the FATHERS' MANIFESTOsm. Click here with "I'll Sign The Resolution" to become a Signatory to this Resolution. II) I am a responsible father or future father and concerned about our children's future interests. III) I am a citizen of the United States of America entitled to the full protection and privileges of the US Constitution and all of the rights and freedoms thereof. IV) I am an honest taxpayer, a dedicated member of the economy, and a learned voter. V) That without due cause, without due process of law per the Fifth Amendment*, without my permission, and against my will; my children; my rights to fatherhood; my rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness; my basic human rights; my personal and family assets, savings, home, respect, current income, future income, retirement income, union benefits, and/or Social Security, and/or_________________________, have heretofore been illegally, immorally, and/or unconstitutionally seized, in violation of common law, natural law, constitutional law, and/or case law, by the following individuals: Judge_________________________________ Court___________________ County/State_____________________________Date__________________ Judge__________________________________ Court__________________ County/State_____________________________Date__________________ DA/AFDC______________________________ Court__________________ County/State_____________________________Date__________________ Other______________________________ ____Court__________________ County/State_____________________________Date__________________ VI) That this seizure was made with their full knowledge, full understanding, full power, and under the color, of the law; that they are the responsible parties; that they have the authority for redress; and that under current law they shall be held personally liable for all damages. VII)I further certify that the "Stipulated Agreement" dated ________________, 19____ was signed under duress by pressure from the court and its agents and now, being fully informed of my rights and the facts, hereby retract this agreement. I demand forthwith: I) The immediate and unconditional return to me of my assets in a like condition as the date on which they were seized. II) A complete accounting of all moneys which are not so returned, itemizing their use, their beneficiaries, the reason they cannot be returned forthwith, and a repayment schedule guaranteeing their repayment, signed by the responsible parties. III) Just compensation by the above and/or their employers for lost parenting time, income, community respect, freedom, motivation, business opportunities, job opportunities, promotions at work, attorney's fees, time spent in court, and/or travel time and expenses. IV) The immediate forced retirement of the above -- without pay. *The Fifth Amendment states "No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury...". If holding a man to answer for an "infamous crime" requires a Grand Jury, then taking a man's family assets and children for NO cause requires more than that. The Fourteenth Amendment states "No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States...". Removing a man's family assets and children certainly abridges his privileges and immunities. Judges are sworn to uphold the letter and the spirit of the Constitution.
