Do Christians Obey God's Law,
or Man's Law?
How Jesus rejected the
Mishnah, the unwritten rabinical law which became the first part of the written Talmud
The attempt to replace God's law (298
words from the Ten Commandments) with "family law" (14,288 words which take up
as much space as an encyclopedia) has failed today, just as it failed in Jesus' time.
For Jesus' efforts, Jews insulted Him, and all Christians worldwide,
throughout history, in their heinous
Talmud, proving that Jesus' words hit their mark.
It also proves that it is the followers
of the Talmud who Jesus condemned for being hypocrites, and for replacing God's law with
man's law.
Mark 7:7
Howbeit in vain do they worship me,
teaching
for
doctrines the commandments of
men.
Mark 7:8
For laying aside the commandment of
God, ye hold the tradition of men,
as
the washing of pots and cups:
and many other such like things ye do.
Mark 7:9 And he said unto them,
Full well ye reject the commandment
of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.

thy mother; and, Whoso curseth father or mother, let him die the

Without knowing what "corban" means, you cannot know what Jesus
accused the jews of, how jews had failed to uphold His Commandments,
what Commandments Jesus was referring to, and how this proves that Jesus
never intended to abolish or mitigate any of His Commandments.

Of Hebrew and Chaldee origin respectively [ H7133];
a votive offering and the offering; a
consecrated present (to the Temple fund); by extension (the
latter term) the Treasury itself, that is, the room where the
contribution boxes stood: - Corban, treasury.
Jesus claimed that the jewish argument for not upholding the Word of
God was that children, because they had been offered to the temple fund,
or treasury, could not be punished in accord with God's Commandments
when they dishonored their parents, taking them off the hook for
supporting them.
Dishonoring their parents includes disobeying them, slandering them,
"And ye suffer him no more to do ought
for his father or his mother" [read: failing to support
them].
Which Commandment was Jesus referring to?
The Fifth of the Ten Commandments, or ""Honor
your father and your mother, so that you may live long in the land the
LORD your God is giving you".
Deuteronomy 21:18 If a man have a stubborn
and rebellious son, which will not obey the voice of his father, or
the voice of his mother, and
that, when they have chastened him,
will not hearken unto them:
Deuteronomy 21:19 Then shall his father and
his mother lay hold on him, and bring him out unto the elders of his
city,
and unto the gate
of his place;
Deuteronomy 21:20 And they shall say unto
the elders of his city, This our son
is
stubborn and rebellious, he will not obey our voice;
he is a
glutton, and a drunkard.
