Crashes by Vehicle Type and BAC |

Most fatal accidents involve sober drivers in four door hardtop sedans who have six
times as many fatal accidents as drivers with a BAC level of 0.10 or greater in four door
hardtop sedans, almost four times as many as sober drivers in truck-tractors, and EIGHTY
times as many as drivers of truck-tractors with a BAC of 0.10 or greater.
The LEAST number of fatal accidents are drivers with a BAC of 0.10 or greater driving:

The MOST number of fatal accidents by drivers with a BAC of 0.10 or greater were in 2
door hardtop coupes, who had one third as many fatal accidents as sober drivers in 2 door
hardtop coupes, one sixth as many as sober drivers in 4 door hardtops, half as many as
sober drivers in standard pickups, and one twentieth as many as all sober drivers
combined.
