Israelite Wives Should FEAR their Husbands

Ephesians 5:33:

"Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself(1438); and the wife see that she reverence(#5399) her husband."

Ephesians 5:33 should read:

"Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as their kindred; and the wife see that she fear her husband."

What an awesome revelation!

The simple fact that this is the only Scripture in the entire Holy Bible where "phobeo" is translated as "reverence" rather than something related to "fear" is proof that the translators added this definition so they could WeakSpeakï¿½ what Paul actually wrote.

Had Paul intended to write "reverence", he would have used "aidos" [#127]. He didn't. He used a word that means "fear". Had Paul intended to write "obey", he would have used "peitharcheo" [#3980] which isn't even remotely related to "phobeo". Had Paul intended to write "love", he would have used "phileo" [#5368], which isn't even closely related to "phobos" [#5401, "fear"] which is the root word of "phobeo". Had Paul intended to write "honor", he would have used the word "timao" [#5091], again a completely different word than "fear".

Paul didn't write that an Israelite wife should "love", "honor", and "obey" her husband. He didn't even write that she should "revere" him.

PAUL WROTE THAT AN ISRAELITE WIFE SHOULD ***FEAR*** HER HUSBAND
