Get ahold of the policy of the Family Educational Rights and
Privacy Act. (FERPA) From the FERPA office in the Department of Education
in Washington. When you send a request, I suggest you do so by Western
Uniopn Mailgram with a copy to the FERPA office in Washington. The
LAW requires the chool to provide you with the records. If the school
refuses they can lose ALL federal grants. (Ask me, I know from
personal experience. My kids schools DID lose the grants because they
refused.)
