Did the "Gender gap" Narrow?

So, in other words, DESPITE the lowering of the gender gap, the same
difference is seen in today's scores? That would mean that instead of
decreasing the gender gap, we messed up mathematics education for everybody.
That would not mean that women can not learn math.

Note that http://fathersmanifesto.net/satmfind.htm shows that males
score 43 points higher than females on the newly "recentered" and restructured
Scholastic *Assessment* Test. This means that a 1% increase in the percent of
females in any group should not lower the average math skills of that group by
more than .6 points, right?

But note that TIMSS Scores around the world decrease by 3 points for each 1%
increase in the percent of females with a higher education:

and that in the US, SAT Scores decreased 5 points for each 1% increase in the
percent of female high school graduates who enrolled in college:

The decrease in math skills for the entire group is 5 to 8 times greater than
the individual contribution of a female's 43 point lower math skill would
predict it to be, right?

The exact same thing happened to the US economy. As the percent of managers and
administrators who are females increased from 19% to 43%, US GDP decreased from
first in the world to 17th. The negative contribution of each additional
female manager was 6 to 10 times greater than their average reduced incomes
would predict it to be.
