There are 1,000 drivers in a small town, 107 of whom are green drivers, and
893 of whom are red drivers.  In one year, 100 of them had accidents which
involved 7 green drivers and 93 red drivers.

a)  Which drivers are the most dangerous drivers?:

     1)  Red drivers, or

     2) Green drivers.

b) By how much?

With the data that was presented, we know that Red Drivers are 59% more likely than Green Drivers to be involved in accidents. It's possible but irrelevant that the reason is that they drive more miles. The only point we need to understand is that they ARE 59% more likely to have an accident.
