Arresting the Felons Who Destroy Families
| Following the advise of several organizations across the country
I am going to file on Monday a Criminal Complaint with a request for issue for warrants
for the arrest of Judge Thomas Ashworth, Attorneys Thomas V
Grimes, Diane Ritchey Andrews, individuals Head
Marshall for the Bailiffs of the court Cary Klippert and Sgt
Teresa Gersch, Nancy Goodrich, Assistant Chief of Police for San Diego. Two witnesses Sandie Viligia and Angela Damante. This
is going to be done by filing an Affidavit Under Oath
Criminal Complaint Charging Public Offense Under the Provisions
of California Penal Code Section 813 (a) and Request for Warrants for Arrest. This will be sent to the U.S. Magistrates Office for
Federal Crimes, The Presiding Judge of the Superior Court for
State Crimes and a compliant to the Federal Bureau of
Investigations for investigation and federal warrants for the
Bailiffs of the court. I am chaging them with Civil Rights
Violation, Perjury, Fraud, numerous violations of Child Abuse Laws, Adultry for Grimes, Tampering with witnesses, Blackmail, Constitution
Rights Violations.....but you all know the list of
crimes. I am then going to file my Civil Rights Lawsuit
in The US District Court in Houston Texas either on the 6th
of February or the next week. |
| I need your help on a few things......Does anyone
know under what authority (US Code) that the US Magistrate
would have jurisdiction to issue a warrant for the arrest of
a Judge. Also under what authority does the FBI have to investigate US Marshalls? I am sure I have seen it and
have written the refference down but misplaced it.
Also, any court citations on convictions or arrests or court
case law on judges, attorneys and bailiffs being arrested and
convicted of civil rights, parents rights violations would be
