Mongrelizing 'merica Increased Homicide RATE Ten Fold

A state by state correlation of 1993 homicide rates with the percentage of the population who are Blacks reveals that the prohibition in the Holy Bible regarding mamzers was founded on solid statistical evidence of their potential to do permanent damage to societies 

Without removing any outliers from the population data by race from the US Census Bureau, and correcting only for   the percentage of Blacks in Washington, DC, based on other Census Bureau data, correlation with homicide rates by state from Table No. 133 in the 1995 US Statistical Abstract produces r-squared of .8133, indicating that Blacks constitute 90% of the reason for this wide state by state variation.  The homicide rate of 72.4 per 100,000 population that year in Washington, DC, which was 82% Blacks, was 42 times higher than the rate in Maine of 1.7, with only 0.4% Blacks.

It is the contention of this article that:

	For each 100,000 people, each 1% increase in the population who are Blacks, Mexicans, and Puerto Ricans [herein mamzers] increases their rate of homicide by one.
	90% of the reason for the record high homicide rates in cities like Washington, DC, Gary, Indiana, Detroit, Michigan, Birmingham, Alabama, and Jackson, Mississippi, is their record high Black populations.
	Mamzers were 97% of the perpetrators of the 10,845 unresolved homicides in 1993.

Of the 26,009 homicides in 1993 reported in Table 316 of the 1996 US Statistical Abstract, the Bureau of Justice Statistics reports that only 15,718 or 59.2% of them were cleared.  From this state to state data, we can determine the homicide rates, percent of homicides committed by each race, and clearance rates for homicide for Blacks, Mexicans/Puerto Ricans, Other Hispanics, and White Only, to be:

The only possible explanation for this 42 fold difference from state to state in homicide rates is that blacks are 54 times more likely than Whites to commit homicide, Mexicans are 30 times more likely, and Other Hispanics are 10 times more likely.  But note that Blacks are 27 times more likely to commit homicide and not be prosecuted than Whites, and that Mexicans/Puertor Ricans are almost four times more likely to.

What is not taken into consideration in this analysis, and which may be far more important in some ways, is that homicide rates for White Americans are more than two times higher than they are in countries like Japan, Cyprus, England, the Slovak Republic, and Singapore, indicating that the presence of mamzers probably contributes to a two fold increase in the tendency of Whites to commit homicide.

This alone would justify the expulsion of all mamzers.
