Homicide Rates by State Decrease Exponentially as the White Population Increases

State to state data for homicides and population by race enables us to calculate homicide rates of each race:

	Whites commit homicide at 0.2 to 0.7 per 100,000 population.
	Blacks commit homicide at 52 to 74 per 100,000 population.
	Hispanics commit homicide at 27 to 37 per 100,000 population.

Had the national homicide rate been equivalent to North Dakota's in 1995, there would have been only 526 homicides, which is 22,374 fewer than there were.

Had it been equivalent to Washington, DC's, there would have been 186,872 homicides, 163,972 more than there were.

Knowing only the percentage of Whites, Blacks and Hispanics is all that's required to calculate each state's homicide rate to within an amazing degree of accuracy. For example, we know that Pennsylvania's population is 86.6% Whites, 9.7% Blacks, and 2.3% Hispanics, so their murder rate should be (0.866 x 0.7) + (.097 x 52) + (.023 x 27) = 0.6062 + 5.044 + 0.621 = 6.3 homicides per 100,000 population, very close to the rate reported by US Statistical Abstract of 5.9. We also know that Vermont's population is 98.3% White, 0.3% Black, and 0.7% Hispanic, so their homicide rate should be (.983 x 0.7) + (.003 x 52) + (.007 x 27) = .6881 + 0.156 + 0.189 = 1.0 which is exactly what is reported in the Statistical Abstract. California with 52.2% Whites, 7.6% Blacks, and 28.9% Hispanics has a high murder rate because of Hispanics rather than Blacks: (.522 x .7) + (.076 x 52) + (.289 x 27) = .3654 + 3.952 + 7.803 = 12.1, which is within 3% of their official rate of 11.8.

What's incredibly misleading, and intentionally so, about the way the Bureau of Justice Statistics presents their data is the inclusion of Hispanics in the White category. 96% of the homicides attributed to "Whites" in California are committed by Hispanics, 89% in Florida are committed by Hispanics, 84% in Illinois, 87% in New Jersey, 90% in New York. The few states where Whites commit more homicides than Hispanics are the states where there are almost no Hispanics. Nationwide, 80% of all the homicides which are attributed to Whites are in reality committed by Hispanics. And this is being generous to Blacks and Hispanics, because if we apply the above formula to North Dakota with 98.2% Whites, 0.5% Blacks, and .07% Hispanics, then our calculated rate of (.982 x .7) + (.005 x 52) + (.007 x 27) = 1.1 is more than FIVE TIMES (5x) HIGHER than their actual rate of 0.2. Similarly, other states with a high percentage of Whites (like Iowa, Massachusetts, Nebraska, and Ohio) also have remarkably low murder rates.

Washington, DC's unique status of having the highest homicide rate and the lowest percentage of Whites provides an insight into what would happen if there were no Whites at all. The following graph of homicide rates by state and percentage of Whites by states demonstrates that the homicide rate decreases exponentially as the percentage of Whites increases.

Conversely, it also enables us to estimate that the homicide rate of Blacks could exceed 160 per 100,000 Blacks if there were no Whites at all, which means that 52,800 of the 33 million Blacks in the country would be murdered each year were it not for Whites who created a stable culture for Blacks. This is four times higher than their current rate, so 39,600 Black lives are saved each year because of laws established by Whites.

Because 80% of the crimes attributed to Whites in the following table from the BJS were actually committed by Hispanics and Latinos, the REAL difference in the propensity of Blacks to commit homicide compared to Whites [read: non-Hispanic and non-Latino Whites] is grossly under-estimated. Of the 469 homicides in 1994 that the BJS reports as "White on Black", 399 were committed by Hispanics and only 70 were committed by Whites. So where the BJS let you believe that Blacks killed only three times as many Whites as Whites killed Blacks in 1994, the FACT is that Blacks killed 18 times as many. On a per capita basis, 3.9 Blacks per 100,000 Blacks killed Whites, whereas 0.036 Whites per 100,000 Whites killed Blacks, which means that Blacks are 108 times more likely to kill Whites as Whites are to kill Blacks--a simple fact that eludes the mediots of the country who have whined continually about a black felon named James Byrd killed by Whites two years ago, while not even able to stumble across the stories about the 12 Whites who were murdered by Blacks yesterday, or the 12 the day before that, or the day before that, or ...

Isn't this the definition of genocide?

This state by state data proves what the FBI doesn't want us to know--each and every state with the highest murder rates also has the highest percentage of blacks and Latinos, and each and every state with the lowest murder rate has the highest percentage of Whites.

States with murder rates greater than 10 per 100,000 population are the ones with the lowest percentage of Whites: Alabama 11.9 and 73%, Arizona 10.5 and 72.9%, California 11.8 and 52%, Georgia 10.0 and 68.4%, Illinois 11.7 and 72.5%, Louisiana 19.8 and 64.5%, Maryland 11.6 and 66.3%, Mississippi 15.3 and 62.7%, New Mexico 10.7 and 54%, New York 11.1 and 64.7%, North Carolina 10.9 and 75.1%, and Texas 11 and 58%.

States with murder rates lower than 3 are the ones with the greatest percentage of Whites: Iowa 1.7 and 95.2%, Maine 2.3 and 98.5%, New Hampshire 1.4 and 97.2%, North Dakota 0.2 and 98.2%, South Dakota 1.4 and 97.9%, Utah 2.9 and 91%, and Vermont 1 and 98.3%.

Washington, DC's incredibly high murder rate of 71 proves that it's a country of its own with little resemblance to the rest of America, not just in murders but in all aspects of social pathology. It also proves that the absence of Whites causes blacks to commit murder at a rate higher than they do in the company of Whites, giving us an opportunity to calculate the rate at which blacks commit murder in our capitol city:

(0.278 x 0.2) + (0.626 x X) + (0.66 x X/2) + (0.03 x 0.2) = 71

0.556 + 0.626X + 0.33X + 0.006 = 71

X = 73.4 = rate at which blacks in Washington DC commit murder

X/2 = 36.7 = rate at which Hispanics in Washington DC commit murder

Let's test these figures by estimating what the murder rate in Texas SHOULD be based on its racial composition, and compare it to what the state reports it to be:

(0.579 x 0.2) + (0.122 x 73.4) + (.275 x 36.7) + (.024 x 0.2) =

0.1158 + 8.9458 + 36.975 + 0.0048 = 46.04

The actual murder rate in Texas is "only" 11, so our estimate for Washington, DC with a low percentage of Whites does not apply to Texas with a majority of Whites. Here's the calculation for blacks and Latinos in Texas:

(0.579 x 0.2) + (0.122 x X) + (.275 x X/2) + (.024 x 0.2) = 11

0.1158 + .122X + .1375X + .0048 = 11

X = 41.9 = murder rate for blacks in Texas

X/2 = 21 = murder rate for Latinos in Texas

And for Lousiana:

(0.645 x 0.2) + (.318X) +(.024 x X/2) + (.012 x 0.2) = 19.8

.129 + .318X + .012X + .0024 = 19.8

X = 59.6 = murder rate for blacks in Louisiana

X/2 = 30 = murder rate for Latinos in Louisiana

IF [note big if] blacks in North Dakota commit murder at the rate of 1 murder per 1,362 blacks, their murder rate in DC, THEN [note big then] the 3,400 blacks in North Dakota in 1995 would have commited 2 or 3 murders that year. IF [note big if] blacks in North Dakota commit murder at the rate of 1 murder per 2,387 blacks, their murder rate in Texas, THEN [note big then] the 3,400 blacks in North Dakota in 1995 would have commited 1 or 2 murders that year.

But North Dakota's murder rate that year [Table No. 143] was 0.2 per 100,000 population, which was only 2 murders. In this event, blacks would have committed 1 to 3 murders and non-blacks 0.

BUT--IF [note big if] the 0.7% of North Dakota's population who are Hispanics, or 4,270 of them, commit homicide at the same rate as in Louisiana, THEN [note big then] they would have commited 1 or 2 of those homicides, leaving 0 commited by non-blacks and non-Hispanics.

And IF [note big if] the 4,125 Indians in North Dakota committed homicide at the same rate as Hispanics (a strong probability), then they would have committed 1 or 2 of these murders, leaving ZERO of these murders committed by--dah, dah--HONKIES.

As if though to underscore the point, here's how an "American" black hawaiial1pro attempted to prove that blacks aren't responsible for the majority of the violence in this nation:

"I've had it. I'm angry as hell that people in this country that is supposed to be the land of the brave and home of the free are as ignorant as I have experienced reading some of the comments put forth in this site. Most notably the comments from a so-called human being named "John Knight" and something called "Dana". It is people like you that cause blacks and others to really give some serious consideration to take people like you out and in the most horrible way possible end your miserable lives. This goes for not only you but the idiot currently in the oval office and his whole administration for what they have done not only to this country but to the world as a whole."

"Your reply only goes to show how utterly stupid you are. I won't even lower myself any further trying to reason with a moron who can not even spell. You really ought to just end your own life; anyone who has as much hate in them as you seem to have is already dead..."

Certainly the irony is lost on him that he would promote violence "in the most horrible way possible end your miserable lives" against the very people who most vociferously advocate the reduction of violence--by removing our nation's capitol from its long running top spot as the "Murder Capitol of the World".

We couldn't have asked for a better example for why American blacks continue to commit the vast majority of the nation's violent crimes, deny that they do, insult, threaten, and intimidate all who dare make this VALID observation, pretend that they really Do think that being the Murder Capitol of the World is no problem and that blacks who constitute up to 80 of the population in DC were simply innocent bystanders--then stick their head back in the.. ...!
