I don't know if it's true or not, but thought if I tell you what I was told, so you
could come to your own conclusion.
I was having a chat to a person on AOL by instant message, who claimed to work for a local
authority in the government (council) housing department.
I know you can't believe everything you hear on the internet, but was wondering if you
might be interested in what they said. I took off their AOL screen name to protect their
identity..
