heresay doesn't work anywhere else in the law so why should it apply here.

If they have a legitmate tip that someoneis drunk and is out driving.  They should have the authority to pull that person over to ascertain if the person is drunk or not.  Why wait till the driver causes and accident or a fatality.

That's ridiculous.  Though I appreciate the spirit in which people are trying to protect the rights of individuals, I'd much rather try to protect the lives of so many who are threatened by irresponsible, criminial behaviors by those who drive intoxicated.  The problem is scary and growing.  Look at how many have voted and agree with Judge Roberts.

Driving is a privilege not a right, hence why you must have a license to drive legally. The police are allowed to pull you over for any reason, if upon pulling you over they have reason to believe you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs they will ask your permission to do a sobriety test or B.A.C test. If you pass it you are good to go, no harm no foul! If you fail then frankly you shouldn't be driving, and hence you are screwed! Lets not bunk up the system with more red tape!!! Keep it simple

Pull the person over anyway and get them off the road.  Let the courts decide if it was legal.

Peoples lives are at stake and they shoud be stopped!!

My granddaughter was killed by a drunk driver.If someone had reported him driving wrecklessly,she would be alive today !!!!!

     It is possible to totally tie up the hands of the police---in the name of protecting peoples right to privacy etc.  God gave us COMMON SENSE---ltt's use it and maintain a just balance!
