Internet stalking is a crime in all 50 states. Using public records to stalk is
also a crime in all 50 states. The FBI and all major city law enforcement
agencies have Internet crime divisions. All ISP's are traceable. You cannot use
the Internet without an ISP number that can be traced. It's impossible. Exposing
any body to any danger from Internet stalking is a felony and comes with a max
penalty of 5 years unless the act of stalking causes serious injury or death.
There are currently many stalking offenders doing real hard time in a federal
lock up for stalking and causing injury or death. Countries do provide
help concerning illegal Internet practices with each other. Some countries have
more severe penalties than others.
Up until a few years, each state had different laws concerning criminal
prosecution. Because the Internet crosses state and country lines it's currently
a federal crime. A civil warrant can be served. All complaints are acted on.
Some take longer than others.
Some are without merit and dropped. From what I read about this John Knight,
he could be in serious trouble concerning Internet harassment. This letter will
also be forwarded to the proper authorities in several countries including
Israel along with all the e mails and Blogs my client has saved from John
Knight. Names can be changed ISP Numbers are written in stone.
