NOTE:  If you were QUOTING from a book, how could you get the name wrong?

QUOTING from a book means you have the book in your hands, and you are telling us precise what it says  QUOTE - UNQUOTE.

So how could you possibly get the name wrong?

AND THEN WHEN WE LOOK -- WE FIND THAT THE QUOTE YOU CLAIM IS NOT THERE!
