Having spent an extra $8 trillion for education in a futile attempt to raise the status of blacks, the scores are in--and the status of blacks is more dismal than ever:

	Black family purchasing power is down to less than a third of what it was before MLK marched on Washington, DC.
	The percentage of black children growing up in father headed households plunged from 82% to 15%.
	The percentage of blacks incarcerated before reaching the age of 33 skyrocketed from 18% to 79%.

Furthermore, 83% of the blacks in Washington, DC, the city with the strictest gun control laws, its very own drug war,and an annual education cost of $26,000 per student, scored BELOW BASIC in math while 22% of their counterpart Whites scored ADVANCED.  Across the nation, in all fifty states, not a single black scored ADVANCED, while Whites in every state and Hispanics in 19 states, did!  Three quarters of blacks across the nation, including 60% in Nebraska to 84% in Mississippi, scored BELOW BASIC.  In California, only 2% of blacks, compared to
