Natural-born citizens of the United States are those who are citizens of the United States from birth without having to perform any act to acquire or perfect their American citizenship. These are those whose parents are citizens of the United States at the time of their birth.

Natural-born American citizens are those born of American citizen parents, within or without the American Republic, provided in the latter case that one of the parents had resided in the United States prior to the birth of the child.

Their American citizenship is natural, the result of parentage, and not artificial

or acquired by compliance with legislative provisions.

A natural-born citizen is one not made by law or otherwise, but born. And this class is the large majority, in fact, the mass of our citizens; all others are exceptions specially provided for by law.

A natural-born citizen is defined as one whose citizenship is established by the jurisdiction which the United States already has over the parents of the child, not what is thereafter acquired by choice of residence in this country.

It is not necessary that a man should be born in this country, to be "a natural born citizen." It is only requisite he should be a citizen by birth, and that is the case with all the children of citizens who have ever resided in this country, though born in a foreign country.

The problem with this "new" birth certificate is that it's well....new. It lists his birthday as August 4, 1961, then list's his fathers native country as Kenya.

Kenya didn't exist as a country until 1963, it was British East Africa or East Africa Protectorate until then.

The hospital of his birth is listed as Kapi'olani Maternity and Gynecological Hospital, which didn't exist until 1978. Prior to that time it was Kauaikeolani Children's Hospital.

His race is listed as African. In the 60's his race would be listed as Negro.

It's dated April 25, 2011 with Dr. Alvin T. Onaka signing to the stamp of:

"I certify this is a true copy or abstract of the record on file in the Hawaii Department of State Health".

Being an abstract does not mean it real or official, it means it matches what is in the electronic system, which would have been put in some time after 1978 because of the hospital name, and as recently as April 25, 2011, because of the date, or any time in between.

To eliminate the confusion for Juan and others in his camp, �native-born� is a matter of where someone is born geographically, and �natural-born� is a matter of not only where one was born, but what his family lineage is and where his foreign loyalties rest. There is NO debate over the fact that Obama is the �natural-born� son of a British citizen of Kenya. As such, Obama is a �natural-born� British subject and citizen of his father�s nation, Kenya. He claims to have been born in Hawaii, using �anchor baby� laws to support the notion that he qualifies. In his New York Daily News column, Critics� attacks of President Obama are scarier than bias, Juan advances the leftist assertion that only the color of Obama�s skin is behind the growing dissent against a Resident-in-Chief run wild with heavy handed policies aligned with Karl Marx, not Thomas Jefferson.

For the record, Juan is an uber-liberal black Democrat carrying water for the uber-socialist agenda of his chosen political party, which is to say, he�s a partisan pundit of the highest order. But unlike his �messiah� Barack Obama, he makes no effort at disguising this fact, which wins him a couple points for �transparency� from me.

Still, his effort at painting all citizen dissent against the current administration as nothing more than �racism� is beyond disingenuous. It should be criminal!

Even worse, it is grounded in a number of false assumptions perpetuated by his party and if it is a race war they desire in America, they only need continue their efforts to make all things a matter of race.

Clearly, the divisions in America run deep at this moment in history, and the heated rhetoric is �ratcheted up� by the continual efforts to silence all voices of dissent, or label all dissenters �racists� no matter how unrelated to race or valid their complaints might be.

Still, when listening to millions of citizens showing up at town hall meetings and Tea Parties across the country, Juan only sees a bunch of racists. That�s what he has been trained to see. That�s what all leftists have been trained to see�

I honestly expect better than this from Juan. THREE COLB�s (which anyone from anywhere in the world can purchase in Hawaii) have been used as �proof� that Obama is a �natural born citizen.� NO other evidence has been offered and Obama has spent in excess of $1.5 million in legal fees to make certain that NO other evidence is ever seen. Thanks to taxpayers, he has the most powerful legal defense team in the world at his command in this effort, the Department of Justice.

Actually, the fact that Obama spent twenty years in Rev. Wright�s church has not been ignored. It�s in fact, part of Obama�s problem.

Rev. Wright�s church is NOT a �Christian� church. It is a �Black Nationalist� church that has done more to promote racism than the KKK ever did. It is the reverse-KKK of the black community in Chicago, and one of very few �Christian� churches in America that welcomes Muslims into the congregation without demanding a religious conversion. In fact, Rev. Wright has far more in common with Louis Farrakhan than with Jesus Christ.

�Then there are claims that Obama is a Socialist who is trying to subvert America by ending the free-market economy. Karl Marx, Joseph Stalin and Vladimir Lenin were ALL the same race as the side of Obama�s family tree that he likes to avoid talking about. They were all �white� men. Saddling Obama with the title of �socialist� is based on his socialist beliefs and policies, not the mulatto color of his skin.

Juan and the alphabet networks looked toward DC this past weekend and saw 1000 to 50,000 �racists.� FOX saw only 75,000 angry citizens. But the DC police saw 1.3 million peaceful Americans and the National Park Service put the number well over 2 million, all of it without a single arrest, burning cars overturned, looting or broken store windows�. Some kind of �extremists� these folks are� and dare I mention, there were some �black� folks in that group, lots of them. According to Juan, �racists,� one and all!

Juan�s AgendaConsistent with the agenda of his party, Juan seeks to label ALL dissent as an act of racism. There are two reasons for this�.

No American wants to be labeled a �racist� in 2009. Most of us thought we were past all of that ancient rhetoric long before this election cycle. It�s an attempt to silence ALL dissent.

Labeling all political policy dissent as an act of racism sets the nation back decades in the effort to make race an issue of the past. This keeps the DNC in a position of power over the black community, which is the end game for the DNC.

Juan has simply decided to perpetuate the deadly lies of his political party, for benefit of their political power. It is destructive to the nation and will eventually promote racial tensions until a race war erupts.

But the American people are growing weary of the label, �racism.�

Like the little boy that cried wolf so many times when no wolf was around, the term �racism� is losing its meaning and impact.

The more they use this term, the less impact it has. The more they accuse average American citizens of �racism� for opposing anti-American people on the basis of their anti-American policies, the more angry and deaf to that term, those American citizens become.

And the more the left tries to eliminate all open discussion and debate over unwanted policies and uses racial attacks in that effort, the more they push the nation towards racial violence and deeper division.

As a very average white American male born in the early �60s - I grew up believing the message of Martin Luther King, as did most Americans of my generation.

But the 2008 election cycle has changed that for me. I now see that the leaders of today�s black community no longer believe in or represent the ideals of Martin Luther King, for a color blind society.

Today�s black leaders and Democrat Party thrive on racial, ethnic, gender and economic divisions. There is NO minority group they will not exploit for benefit of their unquenchable thirst for political power, and there is NO American they won�t label a degrading name if they challenge that agenda in any way.

This is the new �post-racial� America created by Barack Obama and his mindless minions. It�s not my America, it�s their America.

As a result, he is NOT my president, and he wouldn�t be even if he was 100% white and Hawaiian born.

He is anti-American, as are his policies and so are these attempts to label all political dissent as nothing more than acts of racism. I pray for the day that the black community wakes up and rises up against their real oppressors, the American leftists who would have NO power at all without racial division today.

Though we live in an era when all undesirable facts are often blindly labeled �conspiracy theories� by political operatives with an agenda at risk, a very real conspiracy unfolds every now and then.

While it is indeed true that not all theories are actual conspiracies, like when Hillary Clinton developed an imaginary �right-wing conspiracy� out to get her husband, when in fact, the semen stained dress provided all the necessary (but unfriendly) facts and a perfectly logical explanation for all of those nasty rumors � it is also true that some conspiracies are much more than just crackpot theory.

To be a bonafide conspiracy, two or more individuals must knowingly conspire, plot or plan an evil, unlawful, treacherous, or surreptitious act. In politics or law, an agreement by two or more persons to commit a crime, fraud, or other wrongful act, is a �conspiracy.� Not in theory, but in reality.

Such is the case today!

A political national committee, the Chair of the Party convention, the Secretary of the Party, Party offices in each of fifty states, and maybe many � many more, have knowingly and wantonly defrauded the American election system and more than 300 million American citizens.

They plotted and planned an act of evil, unlawful, treacherous fraud in a blind quest for unbridled political power, and they hoped that you would never catch it. They almost got away with it too�

They snuck it past fifty state election commissions, congress, the US Supreme Court and Justice Department, the Federal Elections Commission and countless members of the Electoral College nationwide. Not a single member of the, as Limbaugh says, �drive-by media� caught it either, or if they did, they decided to become complicit for their own political reasons.

But as is always the case with liars, cheats and thieves, they slip up � make a silly mistake � overplay their hand � leave evidence lying around that they had forgotten about. And as with all chronic liars, they eventually get caught in their own web of lies.

Then, one day, someone stumbles into that evidence, and the house of cards comes crashing down around them. It�s almost poetic�

The Mistake

Aware of the fact that Barack Hussein Obama does NOT meet Article II � Section I constitutional requirements for the office of President, what well-seasoned professional politician would be stupid enough to sign their name and stake their personal career upon certifying Obama as eligible?

Presidential and Vice Presidential candidates are nominated at their respective Party Conventions.

Believe it or not, each Party is assigned the duty of vetting and certifying the legal eligibility of their own candidates. I know, like asking the fox to guard the henhouse, right. But hey, we are talking about a country which still thinks there is a separation of powers between the High Court and the Executive branch, which seats that court by way of political appointment, confirmed by congress, which wants a piece of the judge and expects a few political favors too.

The Evidence

In this case, the Democrat Party was responsible for vetting and certifying Barack Hussein Obama as legally eligible to seek the Oval Office. The U.S. Constitution has only three very specific requirements for the job. The proper legal text used on the DNC Party �Official Certification of Nomination� document reads as follows, and I quote;

�THIS IS TO CERTIFY that at the National Convention of the Democrat Party of the United States of America, held in Denver, Colorado on August 25 though 28, 2008, the following were duly nominated as candidates of said Party for President and Vice President of the United States respectively and that the following candidates for President and Vice President of the United States are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution.�

Yes, I know�. there is a typo in there. Not my typo, it belongs to whoever prepared the official document at the DNC. Did you catch it?

The document is signed by Chair of the DNC Convention and Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, DNC Secretary Alice Travis Germond and Colorado Notary of Public Shalifa A. Williamson. It is dated August 28, 2008.

However, this document was never delivered to a single state DNC Office for state certification, and it was therefore, never presented to any state Election Commission as certification of these candidates, although I do have a copy of this notarized document myself.

Instead, a very similar document was delivered to fifty state DNC offices, which those offices certified to each of fifty state Election Commissions, who then date-stamped the document and stuck it in a file cabinet, and proceeded to place these �certified� candidates on the ballot.

The �Official Certification of Nomination� that was presented by the DNC in all fifty states for the 2008 Presidential election, in which Barack Hussein Obama became the new President of the United States, was almost identical, and it too was signed by Chair of the DNC Convention and Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, DNC Secretary Alice Travis Germond and Notary of Public Shalifa A. Williamson, dated August 28, 2008.

But this version of the document was missing the following text, and I quote;

�- and that the following candidates for President and Vice President of the United States are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution.�

The legal certification text on the DNC certified nomination document used for the DNC ticket was limited to, and I quote;

�THIS IS TO CERTIFY that at the National Convention of the Democrat Party of the United States of America, held in Denver, Colorado on August 25 though 28, 2008, the following were duly nominated as candidates of said Party for President and Vice President of the United States respectively:

Oops, another typo? The reference to Obama�s constitutional eligibility was missing� An accidental omission?

The text certifying that Barack Hussein Obama was �legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution� had been removed from the document sent to the states. And yes, I have a copy of this version of the DNC Official Certification of Nomination letter too!

In fact, this version is in Election Commission files of all fifty state Election Commission offices, state DNC headquarters, complete with date stamps, matching signatures, even the same Notary of Public authentication, and absent the constitutional text.

Just in case you are wondering, the answer is yes. This version also includes the same typo present in the version not submitted by the DNC, but including the constitutional text, which means both documents have the same place of origin.

The individual at DNC headquarters who prepared this very important document was not only a poor typist� they were sloppy enough to leave both versions of the signed documents lying around.

Now this is the stuff real conspiracies are made of!

The Implications

Please, allow me to connect the dots here�

• The DNC drafted, signed and notarized TWO slightly different versions of their Official Certification of Nomination documents, not one.
• One of those documents had complete legal language, and one of them was missing the text concerning the constitutional eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama.
• The version which is absent any certification of constitutional standing for the office of President is the version that was filed with every state in the country, and the one used by the DNC to elect Barack Obama President.

Oh, there is one more important document in this story.

The RNC �Official Certification of Nomination� for John McCain and Sarah Palin reads, and I quote:

�We do hereby certify that a national convention of Delegates representing the Republican Party of the United States, duly held and convened in the city of Saint Paul, State of Minnesota, on September 4, 2008, the following person, meeting the constitutional requirements for the Office of President of the United States, and the following person, meeting the constitutional requirements for the Office of Vice President of the Unites States, were nominated for such offices to be filled at the ensuing general election, November 4, 2008, viz;�

The certification of constitutional eligibility is there in the RNC Certification of Nomination presented to the state Election Commissions. It�s there in the document which the DNC had prepared, signed and notarized, but did NOT deliver to the states.

But it is NOT there in the DNC Certification of Nomination that the DNC used to certify and elect Barack Hussein Obama President and Joseph Biden Vice President of the United States of America.

Last, the fact that TWO DNC Certifications exist, both signed, dated and notarized by the same individuals on the same day, means that a very real conspiracy to commit election fraud was underway, and since it took until six months after the election to uncover it, the conspiracy was indeed successful.

What is still in question however � does any court in America have the backbone to do what must be done? � And what do the American people do, if not one court in the nation has that kind of constitutional backbone today?

Obama�s DOJ has thus far been successful in blocking the people�s access to the courts by claiming that no American citizen, including another presidential candidate, has �proper standing� to demand proof of Obama�s constitutional eligibility for the office he fraudulently holds.

To be very clear, the RNC nomination form filed with the states certifies that John McCain met all constitutional requirements for the Office of President. But the DNC nomination form filed with the states is absent any such language.

I know what I conclude from these facts, but what do you conclude from these facts?

More importantly, what will a court of law conclude? Will they ever even agree to hear the evidence?

There have been claims that Obama's step-grandmother, Sarah Onyango Obama (Obama�s paternal grandfather�s second wife, born in 1922), told reporters that Barack Obama, Jr. was born in Kenya when her stepson came to visit�accompanied by a pregnant Ann Dunham. Sarah Obama further states that she was present in the Mombasa delivery room when Obama was born. One half-brother and one half-sister of Obama also claim he was born in Kenya. That would be consistent with a purported stop by Dunham to the state of Washington on the return trip to Hawaii, and with the possible existence of only a Hawaiian register of birth, rather than an actual Hawaiian birth certificate. The Chicago Tribune was told by Dunham�s friend Susan Blake that Dunham visited her in Seattle with the newborn infant shortly after his birth. That visit to Blake makes more sense as part of a necessary return trip from Kenya to Hawaii through Seattle than as an optional pleasure trip from Hawaii to Seattle and back to Hawaii simply to show off a newborn baby.

Obama's American citizen parent, Ann Dunham, had to have been a resident of the United States for 10 years, at least five of which were over the age of 14. Dunham did not meet that requirement (of the Nationality Act of 1940, revised June 1952) until her 19th birthday in late November of 1961, almost four months after Obama was born. The objective of the following critique is not to demean blacks, but simply to question the validity of what appears to be a presidential-sized LIE!

 

 

The "IQ test" at http://iqtest.com  is not really a valid IQ test. While tests like GRE and SAT and TIMSS were not designed specifically to test IQ, and they do have their limitations in doing that, they are much more comprehensive and credible than iqtest.com. Being only 32 true or false questions, just randomly guessing at iqtest.com will produce an "IQ" of 102, so anyone who scores lower than an "IQ" of 102 actually exhibits negative IQ.

And that's indicative of the problem with the standardized tests mentioned above. The SAT consists of one essay question which can be scored only by subjective means, opening it up to controversy about whether or not it's valid or accurate. The most objective part of the test are the 225 five part multiple choice questions which attempt to measure the probability of a student succeeding in college or graduate school. About 1/4th of these questions can be answered strictly from rote memorization. For simplicity we include the results of the essay question in this part of the test. The other 3/4ths require some form of reasoning or calculation which can be measured objectively.

The base score of 200 is assigned when a student signs their name. Of the 600 points between 200 and 800, another 150 points can be gained by knowing the subjects but not exhibiting any reasoning or critical thinking skills, for a total score thus far of 350. If a person were to just guess on the balance of the five part multiple choice questions, he would on average get 20% of them correct just by chance, for another 90 points and a total score of 440.

This score of 440 is conservative. In TIMSS physics, which is scored similarly and which has questions of equal validity and depth, the score of 474 for American girls represents a score for students who would have performed better if they'd just guessed on this part of the test.

So a score of 440, and possibly a score as high as 474, is not indicative of any reasoning or critical thinking skills at all. These skills are measured only between 440-474 and 800, with many Asian students (more than 10% of them) scoring higher than 800. This makes SAT a bad IQ test, particularly when American blacks consistently score lower than this, or 431 in both SAT Verbal and SAT Math, 391 in GRE Verbal, and 416 in GRE Quantitative.

While the College Board provides the standard deviation for black students in both SAT and GRE, scores this low cannot be expected to follow a normal Gaussian Distribution. For the average to be 431, there can't be too many students who score higher than this, because it's almost impossible to score lower than this, so their estimate that the standard deviation, say for black women who took GRE Verbal, is 88, is the most optimistic estimate.

iow, these standardized tests all prove that it's scientifically, statistically, mathematically, and positively impossible for Obama to have an "IQ" of 127 as he advertised--and this truly is the ultimate definition of false advertising.

 

 

Critique of a Critique of the Lack of References to Obama's Affirmative Action Status

[T]hese are the facts concerning Obama's LSAT score while attending Law School at Harvard University. We do not know his actual LSAT score; however, after much research, we found that the average LSAT score for all Harvard students is 171. The percentile rank for an LSAT score of 171 at Harvard is 98.8 %.

MENSA will accept LSAT scores as a means of qualifying for MENSA membership. (MENSA also accepts up to 200 various IQ tests and other tests of cognitive function as well.) The LSAT score required for MENSA membership is equal to a percentile of 95% or higher. Thus, basing Obama's estimated LSAT score of 171 ranks him in the top 98.8% (percent/percentile) range which is clearly above the lowest acceptable LSAT percentage rank of 95%, which clearly affirms that Obama has a qualifying intelligence quotient that would allow him acceptance into MENSA.

Since MENSA accepts various IQ Tests as well as other cognitive tests to qualify for MENSA membership it is safe to estimate that Obama's IQ Score could range anywhere from a low IQ score of 130 based on the Stanford Binet IQ Test, Revision 5, to a high IQ score of 148 based on the Cattell IQ Test.

What the IQ guy failed to account for is the fact that Harvard University practices affirmative action. PBS Frontline reports: "The gap in SAT scores persists even at the highest levels of achievement. A study of the 1989 applicants to five highly-selective universities found that white candidates' average combined SAT score was 186 points higher than the corresponding SAT average for African American applicants."

Furthermore, the New York Times reports that "At the best schools, by contrast, efforts to diversify the student body translate into a 400-point bonus for minority students on the SAT tests."

 

That 98.8 ranking based on the average Harvard LSAT translates to about a 135 IQ and a combined SAT score of 1290. That's pretty good, if not spectacular. However, due to affirmative action, one must reduce that score by at least 186 points. (Also, I suspect the NYT article is talking about the new SAT, which isn't valid for the purposes of this comparison.) Thus, giving Obama the benefit of the doubt drops his score to 1104, which is approximately equivalent to an IQ of 116. That's not bad, but it is significantly less intelligent than Hillary's 140 IQ, as well as being lower than George W. Bush's 125 IQ (1206 SAT).

Before one points to the fact that Obama ranked highly in his class, it's important to keep in mind that Bill Bradley was a Princeton Rhodes Scholar despite his 485 Verbal SAT and mediocre 103 IQ. Academic success, like every other kind of success, is just as much about hard work and determination as it is about intellectual firepower, but Barack Obama's supporters obviously shouldn't be attempting to make their case for him on the basis of what is, based on the available information, probably an IQ of 116, only one standard deviation above the norm. Of course, this estimate is based on averages which don't necessarily apply to a single individual; Obama could lay the matter to rest by simply permitting his scores to be released to the public.

If his intelligence is so incredibly important, as some of his more visibly insane supporters insist, then surely the senator should inform us precisely how intelligent he is. Because he demonstrates his ignorance and a less-than-impressive intelligence nearly every time he opens his mouth despite his handlers attempts to retroactively fix his statements: "The fact that we have reached a point where the Federal Reserve felt it had to take this unprecedented step with the American Insurance Group is the final verdict on the failed economic philosophy of the last eight years."

First, AIG didn't fail because of the economic philosophy of the last eight years. The Fed began goosing the markets under Clinton. Second, that "unprecedented step" was taken with the American International Group.

THE CRITIQUE

Similar to University of California admissions where all of the following 375 students were Blacks

At UC Berkeley, where it's called "comprehensive review," the system is under attack. A study last month commissioned by UC Board of Regents Chairman John Moores and reported by the Los Angeles Times found that in 2002 Berkeley admitted 375 students with SAT scores between 600 and 1000, and rejected about 3,200 students with SAT scores above 1400.

The same thing happened at Harvard the year Obama was admitted, when the average SAT Math score for AMERICAN black boys and girls was 431 and 416, respectively, and whose SAT verbal scores were 431 and 437, respectively, for a total of 862 and 853.  The SAT math score of 416 for the AVERAGE college bound AMERICAN black girl is equivalent to an IQ of 75 IQ points, and the lowest scoring students who were ADMITTED with total SAT scores of 600 and SAT math scores of 300 are equivalent to IQs of less than 60 IQ points.  Who other than AFRICAN blacks would have been admitted to a school like Harvard when they demonstrated such low academic skills--and why would our educators be so anxious to admit them while rejecting so many students with scores above 1400?  They rejected more than 8 times as many higher scoring students than the lower scoring students they admitted.

The simple facts

In 2003, three African nations, Botswana, South Africa, and Ghana, participated in TIMSS physics.  The average score for the 5,150 students in Botswana who took the test was 366, of whom 7 scored higher than three standard deviations higher than their mean or 581, and none of whom scored 604, the AVERAGE for Singapore.  This makes the liberal presumption that IQ's in Africa follow the typical Gaussian Distribution that our IQ's follow, which is the most optimistic assumption we can make about Black African intellect.  It also ignores that many of the test takers in all three of these African nations are WHITES whose brethren back in Europe (e.g., the Dutch in South Africa) have some of the highest test scores in the world.  The average score for the 8,952 students in South Africa who took the test was 263, twelve of whom scored higher than three standard deviations higher than their mean or 585, and none of whom scored over 604.  So also in Ghana, where the average score for their 5,100 students was 275, seven of whom scored higher than three standard deviations higher than their mean or 549, and none of whom scored over 589, the AVERAGE for Korea, whose IQ Professor Lynn estimates to be an average of 106.

Since the average score for the 6,018 students in Singapore was 604 and their standard deviation was 80, only eight of their students scored lower than 364 [the AVERAGE for Botswana], and none of whom scored lower than 284 [the AVERAGE for Ghana].  At best we can say that eight students in Singapore MAY have scored lower than SEVERAL of the thirteen highest scoring students in South Africa and SEVERAL of the seven highest scoring students in Ghana.  We can also safely assume that 8 students in Singapore would have scored three standard deviations higher than their mean or 844 had the test allowed them to score higher than 800.

So out of 19,202 African students, less than 19 or 0.1% of them scored higher than 581, and NONE of them scored as high as the AVERAGE of 604 for Singapore whose average IQ Professor Lynn estimates to be 100. 

 

 

It simply boggles the imagination for us to be expected to believe that Obama was the ONE Kenyan in the entire world who scored not just one but TWO standard deviations higher than a place where NO Ghanan, Botswanan, nor South African ever ventured.  To claim that his IQ is 132 IQ points, yet another standard deviation higher than the impossible, is the height of absurdity.  It would make Obama more valuable as a Wringly Brothers� Circus freak than a six legged elephant.  Yet that�s exactly the claim that his presidential campaign made, and you should be embarrassed to the hilt to see so many of your fellow countrymen fall for this vicious circus act.

Average IQ of Kenya is Only 71

The average IQ of Kenya is 71 IQ points, the same as for Ghana, and 1 point lower than both Botswana's and South Africa's of 72 IQ points.  So even though Kenya did not participate in TIMSS, there's no reason to expect that they would have performed any better than South Africa or Ghana, and plenty of evidence that they would have scored even lower.  The most liberal estimate for the intellectual skills of Black Kenyans would be that they follow the same Gaussian Distribution as that of White Americans, AND that the standard deviations reported by TIMSS are representative of that for all Blacks, NEITHER of which is the case.  We should note that the standard deviations for non-multicultural societies like Sweden, Slovenia, Netherlands, Estonia, Morocco, and Lebanon are close to 70 (or lower), whereas those for multicultural societies like Taipei, Ghana, Indonesia, Palestine, Romania, and South Africa are closer to 90 (or higher).

No Quadroon Geniuses in South Africa

If there's any place on Earth where we'd expect mixed breeds ("Coloreds", "Quadroons", "Mulatos", "Mestizos", or whatever other name you'd like to apply to the offspring of Whites who marry Blacks) to illustrate an IQ higher than that of their lowest IQ parent, it's not Kenya, it's South Africa where 15% of the population are "coloreds" and the majority of the 4.3 million Whites (9.1% of the population) are from the Netherlands who have consistently scored higher than us on all the international tests.  In 8th grade TIMSS, the Netherlands scored 35 points higher than us, but by the 12th grade they scored 560 or 99 points higher, and in PISA they scored 531 (almost as high as South Korea) which was 57 points higher than us. 

South Africa's score of 264 and standard deviation of 107 is a composite of three different races, each of which undoubtedly had a standard deviation of 70 or less.  The 9.1% who are Whites most likely scored in the range of their brethren in the Netherlands, or 536 who had a standard deviation of 69.  At BEST, the 15% who are Coloreds scored an average of their Black and White ancestors, and Blacks there managed to score low enough to reduce South Africa's score to the lowest of any of these international tests:

(9.1% x 536) + 15% x (536 + X)/2 + (75.9% x X) = 264

48.776 + (80.4 + .15X)/2 + .759X = 264

97.552 + 80.4 + .15X + 1.518X = 528

1.668X = 350.048

X = 210

NO African Black Has an IQ Higher Than 105!

Less than 0.00003% of any population scores higher than five standard deviations higher than their mean, which for Blacks in South Africa is a score of 560.  IF all 800 million Blacks on the entire Continent of Africa follow the typical Gaussian Distribution, the MOST optimistic assessment of their academic performance, then less than 240 of them scored as high as 560, ten points lower than the 570 average for Japan who Professor Lynn estimates have an average IQ of 105.  This would mean that the 240 most intelligent out of 800 million African Blacks have an IQ lower than 105, and NONE of them have an IQ higher than that.  Out of 38 million Kenyans, less than 12 would be expected to score higher than 5 standard deviations higher than their mean, which would have been an even lower TIMSS Math score than 560 had Kenya taken this test (iow, much lower than an IQ of 105)!

Obama�s not even a pure Kenyan.  He�s a mixed breed and most mixed breeds of most species are of lower quality and intelligence than the pure breeds (otherwise why don�t mules race in horse races)?  Believing that Obama has an IQ of 127 is worse than believing that a mule will finally win the Preakness!

By what process did Obama achieve something that NO African of either race has ever achieved, an IQ between 127 and 132 IQ points as his ads claimed?  Where could his White mother possibly have come from to produce such an offspring?  Even worse, if she's a Russian jew or an Israeli as the rumors indicate, then she's from a race which scores even lower than Whites, and much lower than Whites from the Netherlands.  Israel (where the vast majority of the population of her race are) scored only 442 in PISA Math, a whopping 107 points lower than Hong Kong and only 36 points higher than Mexico whose average IQ is only 87.  Even IF we would expect Obama's IQ to be an average of the IQ's of his Black father and jewish mother, the very BEST we could expect using this logic is that his IQ is only 82, not 127 nor 133.

Affirmative Action is CHEATING!@

California voters consider affirmative action to be CHEATING, which is why we outlawed it with Proposition 209 which actually amended the state constitution for the express purpose of KILLING it.  Obama is clearly left over from those days of invidious systemic racist discrimination and doesn't deserve the time of day from this putative Christian nation, much less any right to rule it.

Why not simply require him to take the normal IQ test which any dog catcher in your county has to take in order to qualify for his job?

You can bet that this would settle the matter once and for all. 

Correction

7% of the population of Botswana are Whites who score similar to their brethren back in England at 545, meaning that the 93% who�re blacks scored 358.  Only seven black students from Botswana scored over 456 and none of them scored over 514.  Therefore, none of the lowest scoring eight students in Singapore who scored lower than 462 are likely to have scored lower than the seven top scoring black students from Botswana, meaning there was no overlap of test scores between Singapore and Botswana.

THAT is even further proof that Obama LIED when he said his IQ was 132.  Many things he said of questionable veracity might be considered just matters of opinion, but THIS is a PROVABLE lie.  Even if all of his other questionable claims are 100% true, that does not absolve him of this KNOWN LIE.  Why LIE about this when it�s so easy to PROVE to be a lie?  He was too busy lying to stop and figure out when to stop lying?  He got away with so many other lies that what could possibly be wrong with one more white lie?  He thought the American public was so badly dumbed down that we�d never catch him in yet one more lie?  He did it just to thumb his huge Negroid nose at us honkies?

Update

We should add that for anyone in Ghana to score 676, an IQ of about 110 IQ points, he would have to score seven standard deviations (7 S.D.) higher than the average score for Ghana of 239, which is a mathematical impossibility.  This is a range where only 137 students from Singapore and 12 students from the US scored. 

Many specious statements Obama made might be considered by some to be just "matters of opinion".  But this is a CERTIFIABLE LIE, and can easily be proven to be. 

No Black Geniuses on Graduate Record Exam for Four Decades

Blacks are the only race where women scored higher than men in GRE, yet the highest scoring 25 black women scored only 654 in GRE Verbal in 1997, hardly genius category.  And most if not all of these 25 women were most likely Whites pretending to be Blacks in order to benefit from affirmative action.

The average IQ of Kenya is 71 IQ points, the same as for Ghana, and 1 point lower than both Botswana's and South Africa's of 72 IQ points.  So even though Kenya did not participate in TIMSS, there's no reason to expect that they would have performed any better than South Africa or Ghana, and plenty of evidence that they would have scored even lower.  The most liberal estimate for the intellectual skills of Black Kenyans would be that they follow the same Gaussian Distribution as that of White Americans, AND that the standard deviations reported by TIMSS are representative of that for all Blacks, NEITHER of which would be expected to be the case.  We should note that the standard deviations for non-multicultural societies like Sweden, Slovenia, Netherlands, Estonia, Morocco, and Lebanon are close to 70 (or lower), whereas those for multicultural societies like Taipei, Ghana, Indonesia, Palestine, Romania, and South Africa are closer to 90 (or higher).

No Quadroon Geniuses in South Africa

If there's any place on Earth where we'd expect mixed breeds ("Coloreds", "Quadroons", "Mulatos", "Mestizos", "Mamzers", or whatever other name you'd like to apply to the offspring of Whites who marry Blacks) to illustrate an IQ higher than that of their lowest IQ parent, it's not Kenya, it's South Africa where 15% of the population are "coloreds" and the majority of the 4.3 million Whites (9.1% of the population) are from the Netherlands who have consistently scored higher than us on all the international tests.  In 8th grade TIMSS, the Netherlands scored 35 points higher than us, but by the 12th grade they scored 560 or 99 points higher, and in PISA they scored 531 (almost as high as South Korea) which was 57 points higher than us. 

South Africa's score of 264 and standard deviation of 107 is a composite of three different races, each of which undoubtedly had a standard deviation of 70 or less.  The 9.1% who are Whites most likely scored in the range of their brethren in the Netherlands, or 536 who had a standard deviation of 69.  At BEST, the 15% who are Coloreds scored an average of their Black and White ancestors, and Blacks there managed to score low enough to reduce South Africa's score to the lowest of any of these international tests:

(9.1% x 536) + 15% x (536 + X)/2 + (75.9% x X) = 264

48.776 + (80.4 + .15X)/2 + .759X = 264

97.552 + 80.4 + .15X + 1.518X = 528

1.668X = 350.048

X = 210

NO African Black Has an IQ Higher Than 88

Less than 0.00003% of any population scores higher than five standard deviations higher than their mean, which for Blacks in South Africa is a score of 385.  IF all 800 million Blacks on the entire Continent of Africa follow the typical Gaussian Distribution, the MOST optimistic assessment of their academic performance, then less than 240 of them scored as high as 385, 185 points (and 5 standard deviations) lower than the 570 average for Japan who Professor Lynn estimates have an average IQ of 105.  This would mean that the 240 most intelligent out of 800 million African Blacks have an IQ lower than 88, and NONE of them have an IQ higher than that.  Out of 38 million Kenyans, less than 12 would be expected to score higher than 5 standard deviations higher than their mean, which would have been an even lower TIMSS Math score than 560 had Kenya taken this test (iow, much lower than an IQ of 105)!

Obama's not even a pure Kenyan.  He's a mixed breed and most mixed breeds of most species are of lower quality and intelligence than the pure breeds (otherwise why don't mules race in horse races)?  Believing that Obama has an IQ of 127 is worse than believing that a mule will finally win the Preakness!

By what process did Obama achieve something that NO African of either race has ever achieved, an IQ between 127 and 132 IQ points as his political ads proclaimed?  Where could his White mother possibly have come from to produce such an offspring?  Even worse, if she's a Russian jew or an Israeli as the rumors indicate, then she's from a race which scores even lower than Whites, and much lower than Whites from the Netherlands.  Israel (where the vast majority of the population of her race are) scored only 442 in PISA Math, a whopping 107 points lower than Hong Kong and only 36 points higher than Mexico whose average IQ is only 87.  Even IF we would expect Obama's IQ to be an average of the IQ's of his Black father and jewish mother, the very BEST we could expect using this logic is that his IQ is only 82, not even 88, and certainly not 127 or 133.

Correction

7% of the population of Botswana are Whites who score similar to their brethren back in England at 545, meaning that the 93% who�re blacks scored 358.  Only seven black students from Botswana scored over 456 and none of them scored over 514.  Therefore, none of the lowest scoring eight students in Singapore who scored lower than 462 are likely to have scored lower than the seven top scoring black students from Botswana, meaning there was no overlap of test scores between Singapore and Botswana.

THAT is even further proof that Obama LIED when he said his IQ was 132.  Many things he said of questionable veracity might be considered just matters of opinion, but THIS is a PROVABLE lie.  Even if all of his other questionable claims are 100% true, that does not absolve him of this KNOWN LIE.  Why LIE about this when it�s so easy to PROVE to be a lie?  He was too busy lying to stop and figure out when to stop lying?  He got away with so many other lies that what could possibly be wrong with one more white lie?  He thought the American public was so badly dumbed down that we�d never catch him in yet one more lie?  He did it just to thumb his huge Negroid nose at us honkies?

We should add that for anyone in Ghana to score 676, an IQ of about 110 IQ points, he would have to score ten standard deviations (10 S.D.) higher than the average score for Ghana of 239, which is a mathematical impossibility.  This is a range where only 137 students from Singapore and 12 students from the US scored, thus Obama's claim of an IQ of 132 is a mathematical absurdity!

What follows are the undisputed facts concerning the eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama to the office of president. Any U.S. Senator or U.S. Representative is welcome to dispute these yet undisputed facts. In so doing, however, the American people demand that the evidence be produced:

 

1 - Barack Hussein Obama has not been vetted or certified eligible to the office of president of the United States by any agency tasked to do so or authorized to do so.

 

2 - Not one American citizen, not one Senator, not one Representative has seen, touched or examined Barack Hussein Obama�s vault copy Hawaii birth certificate. 3 - The Certification of Live Birth (COLB) that Obama has been waving about is not a �birth certificate� as he claims, as the mainstream media claims, as FactCheck.orgFighttheSmears.com claims. The COLB is a short form, computer printed document deriving the information printed thereon from a database of information supposedly (See #13 and #14 below) taken from the original long form vault copy Hawaiian birth certificate.

 

4 - Factcheck.org claims to be a non-partisan organization. Factcheck.org is funded by the Annenberg Foundation on whose board Obama sat. Factcheck.org is about as non-partisan as is Obama. The Annenberg Foundation has never passed up a chance to fund a �progressive� (a.k.a., Marxist) cause.

 

5 - Hawaii has a law, HRS 338-17.8, which allows for the birth registration of a child born in a foreign country so long as one parent is a U.S. citizen and so long as that parent claimed Hawaii as his or her permanent residence for one year prior to the birth. Stanley Ann (Dunham) Obama met both of these requirements.

 

6 - If Obama was born in Hawaii, he is, at best, a dual citizen. At his birth, his father was a British subject as Kenya was a British colony. Dual citizenship precludes Obama from eligibility under Article II, Section 1, United States Constitution. Prior cases decided by the United States Supreme Court, involving the determination of �natural born� have used Vattel�s �The Law of Nations� definition which states, �The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens.� (Part I, Chapter 19, Section 212). Factcheck.org states that Obama was a dual citizen at birth.

 

7 - If Obama was born in Kenya, he was, at birth, a British subject as Kenya was a British colony. American law, at that time, required that Stanley Ann (Dunham) Obama be a minimum of 19 years of age at his birth to confer to him her American citizenship if he was born outside the United States; she was only 18 years old when Obama was born.

 

8 - Barack Hussein Obama�s paternal step-grandmother has stated before witnesses, said witnesses signing affidavits, that she was witness to the birth of Obama in Kenya. See here, here, and here.

 

9 - Michelle Obama has stated that Barack Hussein Obama was adopted by his step-father, Lolo Soetoro, an Indonesian citizen.

 

10 - When Barack Hussein Obama was registered at the Fransiskus Assissi Primary School in Jakarta, Indonesia, his father was listed as Lolo Seotoro; his citizenship as Indonesian; his name as Barry Soetoro.

 

11 - When Stanley Ann (Dunham) Soetoro divorced Lolo Soetoro in 1980, the divorce papers show they had two children: one minor child (Maya), one over 18 (Barack).

 

12 - When Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, became an Indonesian citizen, his British citizenship would have been terminated; if he was born in Hawaii, also his American dual citizenship. Indonesia does not allow for dual citizenship.

 

13 - Returning to the COLB. This document, as waved about by Obama, may be authentic on its face (See #14), but it is not accurate. Were it accurate, it would show Lolo Soetoro as his father; his name as Barry Soetoro.

 

14 - The COLB Obama waves about lists the race of his biological father as �African.� African is not a race any more than American is. This brings into question the authenticity of the COLB Obama is waving about as his �birth certificate.�

 

15 - If Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, did become an American citizen, he became a naturalized American citizen which precludes him from eligibility under Article 2, Section 1, United States Constitution. There has been no proof presented that he is even a naturalized American citizen.

 

16 - Barack Hussein Obama has multiple aliases: Barry Soetoro, Barry Dunham, Barry Obama, Barack Soetoro, Barack Dunham. When he registered with the American Bar Association, he listed none of these as is required by law. Unless he had his name legally changed to Barack Hussein Obama after his adoption, of which there has been no proof presented, Barry Soetoro is his real name and Barack Hussein Obama is an alias.

 

17 - All his passport records, education records, medical records, birth records have become �not available� to the public. Those records show where he was born, if he applied for or received aid as a foreign student, the country or countries from which he has received passports.

 

18 - His selective service registration appears to be fraudulent. If he was a naturalized American citizen when he turned 18, and he failed to register with the selective service, he is barred from holding any position in government, elected or otherwise.

 

19 - If he is not even a naturalized citizen, he is barred from holding any elected office.

 

20 - If he is not even a naturalized citizen, he is an illegal alien.

Someone engineered legal challenges to all of his election opponents for the State Senate and had them disqualified. Someone straightened and leveled his path to the U.S. Senate when a Democrat Judge made public the child custody records of his Republican opponent. When he was a candidate for the U.S. Senate, someone arranged for him to speak at the 2004 Democratic National Convention. The following report is the culmination of over four months of intensive, empirical research whose sole purpose has been to determine if the images and photographs posted on the Internet are true reproductions of a genuine document purported to be Obama's original birth certificate. The idea for the research actually began from the time when the first image was posted on June 12 to the Daily Kos blog. I don't recall on which website I actually saw the story (most likely World Net Daily), but the news had gone viral basically from the moment that it hit the Internet.
Before seeing the image, I had no idea that Barack Obama's birthplace was in question, or that his status as a natural-born US citizen had never been proven. Like millions of other Americans, I believed the story he told about being born in Hawaii to an American Mother (and a U.S. citizen) and an African Father (a Kenyan national attending college on a student visa). I had no idea that this issue would mushroom and take on a life of its own. What I did know, however, was that from the first time I saw the Daily Kos image, or what I now call, "Obama's bogus birth certificate," that something was just not right about it. As someone who has scanned hundreds of thousands of documents in his lifetime, I had a hard time accepting that this was an original scan image made from an original paper document. As Fate would have it, right then, on June 13, I was looking at the conclusive evidence that the text on this image had been graphically altered, or "manufactured," as my first blog post would claim.
From that point onward, I had no inkling of what was to come. I had no idea that I would wind up being the only person on the Planet (at that time) to have spotted the anomalies that I knew were the by-products of intentional, graphic alteration, and to go on record as stating that the Daily Kos image was a fake. I was also not prepared for what came along with this knowledge, for what I had to endure for making it public. Basically, I had painted a big bullseye on my chest and my research findings, and the critics were now coming out of the virtual woodwork taking shots at me personally, and my research, secondly. I had started a new online game called, "Let's pile on Polarik," and every little error I made was magnified into a major transgression. Yet, the crux of my contention was never successfully refuted.
Now, if I had to do it all over again, I probably would not have done it at all, knowing that I'd be spending the next four months conducting further research and compiling evidence on not just the COLB image, but also the digital photographs that were to follow two months later. The personal costs to me were enormous, and I will not elucidate on them (but for those who know me, they also know what were those costs). What began as sort of a curiosity turned into my personal quest for the "Holy Grail," so to speak. I was guided only by the need to uncover the truth, and by the constant harassment by my critics. Had they left me alone from the beginning, I probably would not be writing this report today.
I debated, long and hard, about the title of my report. Aside from it being catchy, I ran the danger of being lumped into a group of false conspiracy theorists, and brushed aside as an idiot wearing a "tinfoil hat." (Actually, that's already happened, many times over). Perhaps there are a lot of false conspiracies, including some really outlandish ones, but there would not be laws on the books, both at a state level and a federal level, that specifically mention the act of conspiracy when the purpose of that conspiracy is to either engage in illegal activity, engage in a cover-up of that illegal activity, or interfering with the investigation of that illegal activity. Conspiracy can involve all of these. Yet, somehow, the word, "Conspiracy," has become a pejorative for "nutty theories from the fringe," as if there has never been a real "conspiracy."
Do you remember, or ever hear about, the "Watergate Conspiracy?" Do you remember, or ever hear about, what happened to President Richard Nixon as a result?
I would tell all of you who think that "conspiracies" are a joke and that the people who claim to have found them are "idiots wearing tinfoil hats," to just ask an FBI agent what he or she thinks about "conspiracy." Or, go ahead and ask a federal judge what he or she thinks about "conspiracy."
"Conspiracy" is no laughing matter, ladies and gentlemen, and neither is "document fraud," as in creating and passing a counterfeit birth certificate.
I should now alert you to the fact that I have been using the phrase, "Bogus birth certificate," as a euphemism for "Counterfeit birth certificate," which is defined as, "A copy or imitation of a state-issued birth certificate that is intended to be taken as authentic and genuine in order to deceive another."
Sound familiar? According to Authenticate-360:

Birth certificates are generally used as �breeder� documents to gain other identity documents and to perpetuate fraud. But unlike Social Security cards, birth certificates are issued by hundreds, if not thousands, of entities, with little regard to consistency or security. An accurately forged birth certificate is a dangerous document, allowing the bearer significant access to everything from driver�s licenses to passports...The increasing availability and affordability of high-quality digital scanners and copiers is a constant threat to the authenticity of government issued documents.

There are current Federal laws in place that prohibit the use of false identity documents, such as a birth certificate, and they are spelled out in Chapter 18 of the United States Code, Section 1028, Fraud and related activity in connection with identification documents, authentication features, and information. In particular, there are specific paragraphs that relate to the use of a false identification document:

The term "false identification document" means a document of a type intended or commonly accepted for the purposes of identification of individuals that - (A) is not issued by or under the authority of a governmental entity or was issued under the authority of a governmental entity but was subsequently altered for purposes of deceit; and(B) appears to be issued by or under the authority of the United States Government, a State, a political subdivision of a State, a foreign government, a political subdivision of a foreign government, or an international governmental or quasi-governmental organization.

What you are about to read in this report are well-documented facts arising from evidence collected over a period of four months and subjected to intense scrutiny and empirical evaluation. Given the overriding fact that the individual whose identity document is in question, has repeatedly failed to provide a genuine identity document, the charge that this individual, along with other individuals, did conspire to proffer in its place, a false identification document, is hereby levied by the American people, by way of one of its citizens. To summarize the seriousness of these actions and this charge, and to the importance of what is contained within this report:

There is conclusive and irrefutable evidence that the COLB image created and distributed by Obama's campaign to the Daily Kos, Annenberg's Factcheck, and the St. Pete Times, Politifact, is, unquestionably, a false identification document. Furthermore, there is conclusive and irrefutable evidence that the photos taken by Annenberg's Factcheck, in collusion with the Obama campaign, are themselves, false identification documents, having been made from the same false identification document image, as well as from additional false identification documents created for the same purpose; namely, to proffer these false identification documents as true reproductions of a genuine, Hawaii-issued and certified, "Certification of Live Birth" document, and thereby, intentionally deceive the American public into believing that Barack Hussein Obama is a natural-born citizen of the United States, and thereby, fully qualified to become their President.

I never imagined that my studies would amount to this. I thought, like most Americans, that maybe the information was accurate even though the document image was fake. I thought, like most Americans, that Obama would simply present a copy of his real, original birth certificate, and that would be that. Yet, here we are, more than twenty months after Obama announced his candidacy for the Presidency, and nearly three weeks after the election, and Obama still refuses to show his real birth certificate!
Sadly, mainstream media have totally ignored this inconvenient truth and are not even been willing to even look at this birth certificate issue. They are all still in-the-tank with Obama, but even more so now that he is in line to be President. They all bought into the lies and fraudulent documents proffered up as evidence on Obama's qualifications. They have been too quick to label as "trash" or "garbage" any legitimate questions asked about Obama's real birth certificate. Even thigh-ranking governmental officials in the state of Hawaii where Obama was allegedly born, won't reveal what's on Obama's original birth certificate. All they have said is that they have it. They have not said (1) where Obama was born. (2) when Obama was born, or (30 even to whom Obama was born.
The answer to "What's on Barack Obama's real, original birth certificate" ranks right up there with some of the great mysteries of our time -- and that is really hard to swallow. That a man, with a dubious background, has been elected to the highest office of the greatest superpower in the world without ever having to prove who he says he is! That is not "nutty," that's just plain insane!
With all that said, and without further ado, I present to you my final and complete report on Barack Obama's bogus birth certificate, The Born Conspiracy.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
 

Since the beginning of Barack Hussein Obama�s Presidential campaign on February 11, 2007, there had been numerous rumors regarding Obama�s citizenship status. Several reporters had asked for a copy of Obama�s birth certificate, however, all requests were subsequently denied.

On or about June 12, 2008, the Daily Kos blog, a pro-Obama website, received an image from the Obama Campaign that they claimed was a scanned copy of Obama�s �original birth certificate,�. Before this document image was cropped to 2427 x 2369 pixels, it measured 2550 x 3300 pixels, or 8 1/2� x 11� when printed.

Also, on or about June 12, 2008, the Obama Campaign posted a smaller copy of the same cropped image, measuring 1000 x 1024 pixels:

�You may have recently heard right-wing smears questioning Barack Obama's birth certificate and citizenship. These assertions are completely false and designed to play into the worst kind of stereotypes. You can see Barack Obama's birth certificate for yourself and help push back with the truth...�

The very next day, which was on or about June 13, 2008, Obama�s Campaign replaced the first document image they posted with a smaller copy which they posted to a new website, �Fight The Smears� (fightthesmears.com). The smaller image was disproportionately reduced to 585 x 575 pixels, which was almost half the size of the original posted image, and one-third of its quality.

Also, on or about June 13, Politifact.org, a supposedly nonpartisan, fact checking website that is unquestionably pro-Obama, published a copy of the same image as that posted on the Daily Kos, but was also disproportionately reduced it to 811 x 786 pixels, or 1/3 of its size and 1/6 of its image quality.

On or about June 16, 2008, Factcheck.org, a pro-Obama fact checking website ,posted a full-sized image copy of same document image that appeared on the Daily Kos. Factcheck�s image copy was identical to the Daily Kos image copy before that image was cropped. Factcheck.org is owned by the Annenberg Public Policy Center of the University of Pennsylvania; a center run by Obama supporters and funded by the Annenberg Public Policy Center.

Factcheck.org made the following statement to explain how they received their image copy:

"Bloggers raised questions based on the absence of evidence, specifically the lack of a publicly available copy of a birth certificate and the supposed secrecy surrounding it". According to FactCheck, Tommy Vietor at the Obama campaign sent a message to them and "other reporters" saying, "I know there have been some rumors spreading about Obama�s citizenship, so I wanted to make sure you all had a copy of his birth certificate."

I first noticed that the image posted to the Daily Kos and purported to be the �original birth certificate� of Barack H. Obama, did not look like a regular birth certificate. This image was made only from the front side of a COLB: no copy of the reverse side of this COLB has ever been made, :birth certificate� document was ever scanned, a side that contains all of the official certification instruments, such as the official Hawaiian Seal, State Registrar�s signature, and date stamp of when the document was printed.

To validate my findings that the text in this COLB document image was the result of graphic alternations, and not a result of any printer or scanner artifacts, I made over 700 test scans and images using an actual paper COLB and different scanners that were subjected to different combinations of scanning and image parameters. I was finally able to replicate the Kos image so closely that other image experts thought it was the same Kos image, and not my �clone.�

From this date forward, when I first discovered the evidence of tampering, and regardless of the unfamiliar format of the COLB and the questionable information it contained, I collected a great deal of additional evidence, that the scanned image alleged to be a true copy of Obama�s original COLB was forged, and that this altered image of an official state-issued document is nothing less than a false identification document as defined by Chapter 18, Section 1028 of the United States Code.

All of my findings pertaining to a single source image and the four copies made from of it that are still posted on the four (4) websites, DAILYKOS.COM, FIGHTTHESMEARS.COM, FACTCHECK.ORG, and POLITIFACT.COM, as referred to and described above, are outlined in my Final Report

On August 21, slightly more than two months after the publication of the image on the Daily Kos and Obama's website, Factcheck published their story about nine photos they claimed were allegedly taken of Obama's "real" COLB at his campaign headquarters � the same COLB used to make the document image they posted on June 16.

There was no longer any question in my mind that the COLB image Factcheck posted is a forgery and that Obama's real COLB, as proffered by Factcheck, is a nonexistent document. However, Factcheck created a conundrum for me: if the image Factcheck posted is a forgery of a nonexistent document image, then how can any genuine photos be made of it? The answer had to be that both the image and the photos were forgeries.

I have thoroughly examined the photographs that FactCheck published, and have subsequently found clear and irrefutable evidence of tampering with both the alleged COLB objects photographed and with the photos themselves. One of those COLB objects was, in fact, a printout of a forged document image with the Seal superimposed onto it for the final pictures.

FactCheck�s photos reveal both the absence of known, relevant features found on genuine COLBs along with the presence of illogical and impossible features that would never be found on a real 2007 COLB. Specifically, on the COLB objects photographed, the security border closely matches the border found on a real 2007 COLB. However, both the embossed Seal and the State Registrar�s Signature stamp do not match the same elements found on a real 2007 COLB, but perfectly match those found on a real 2008 COLB; or, in other words, something that would never happen in real life.

Hawaii made three important changes to their COLBs from 2007 to 2008, including the use of a larger certificate layout, a new security border, and, much to the chagrin of Factcheck and the Obama Campaign, a new Seal and Signature stamp that can now be stamped on a COLB by a machine.

With my experience and specialization in document imaging, my findings are conclusive and irrefutable that the COLB images posted by Obama to his campaign website, fightthesmears.com, to the dailykos.com, a pro-Obama blog, to FactCheck.org, a pro-Obama political research group, and to Politifact.org, are, in fact, image forgeries with the intent to defraud the American People into believing that these images were digitally scanned from Obama�s genuine, �original� birth certificate.

With my experience and specialization in photography and digital imaging, my findings are conclusive and irrefutable that the COLB photographs posted by FactCheck.org, a pro-Obama political research group, and to Politifact.org, are, in fact, photographic forgeries with the intent to defraud the American People into believing that these digital photographs were taken of Obama�s genuine, �original� birth certificate.

To put it bluntly, the Factcheck photos have been "Frankensteined," just as the Factcheck scan image was cobbled together with the parts of different COLBs. The use of the term, "document" is simply for expediency sake, as no, single "real" document was used for these photos or for the scan image.

ABERDEEN, S.D. - Barack Obama said Saturday he has resigned his 20-year membership in the Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago "with some sadness" in the aftermath of inflammatory remarks by his longtime pastor, the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, and more recent fiery remarks at the church by a visiting priest.
"This is not a decision I come to lightly ... and it is one I make with some sadness," Obama said at a news conference after campaign officials released a letter of resignation he sent to the church on Friday.
"I'm not denouncing the church and I'm not interested in people who want me to denounce the church," he said, adding that the new pastor at Trinity and "the church have been suffering from the attention my campaign has focused on them."
Obama said he and his wife have been discussing the issue since Wright's appearance at the National Press Club in Washington last month, which reignited the furor over remarks Wright had made in various sermons at the church.
"I suspect we'll find another church home for our family," Obama said.
"It's clear that now that I'm a candidate for president, every time something is said in the church by anyone associated with Trinity, including guest pastors, the remarks will imputed to me even if they totally conflict with my long-held views, statements and principles," he said.
"I have no idea how it will impact my presidential campaign but I know it was the right thing to do for me and my family," he said.
"This was a pretty personal decision and I was not trying to make political theater out of it," he added.
Trinity released a statement Saturday night saying: "Though we are saddened by the news, we understand that it is a personal decision. We will continue to lift them in prayer and wish them the best as former members of our Trinity community."
For months, Obama has been hamstrung by the rhetoric of Wright, whose sermons blaming U.S. policies for the Sept. 11 attacks and calls of "God damn America" for its racism became fixtures on the Internet and cable news networks.
Initially, Obama said he disagreed with Wright but portrayed him as a family member he couldn't disown. The preacher had officiated at Obama's wedding, baptized his two daughters and been his spiritual mentor for some 20 years.
But six weeks after Obama's well-received speech on race, Wright claimed at the Press Club appearance that the U.S. government was capable of planting AIDS in the black community, praised Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan and suggested that Obama was acting like a politician by putting his pastor at arm's length while privately agreeing with him.
The next day, Obama denounced Wright's comments as "divisive and destructive."
Remarks by Wright inflamed racial tensions and posed an unwanted problem for Obama, front-runner for the Democratic presidential nomination, as he sought to wrap up the party's nod.
More recently, racially charged remarks from the same pulpit by another pastor, the Rev. Michael Pfleger, kept the controversy alive and proved the latest thorn in Obama's side. As a guest speaker at Obama's church, Pfleger mocked Obama rival Hillary Rodham Clinton.
Although Obama condemned comments by both Wright and Pfleger, the controversy persisted.
Obama made clear he wasn't happy with Pfleger's comments - in which the Catholic priest pretended he was Clinton crying over "a black man stealing my show" - and said he was "deeply disappointed in Father Pfleger's divisive, backward-looking rhetoric, which doesn't reflect the country I see or the desire of people across America to come together in common cause."
Pfleger issued an apology, saying he was sorry if his comments offended Clinton or anyone else.
The timing of Obama's decision broke late Saturday, while most of the political attention was focused on the Democratic National Committee's struggle to seat delegates from Florida and Michigan.
Republican John McCain also has had his woes with religious leaders.
Earlier this month, McCain rejected endorsements from two influential but controversial televangelists, saying there is no place for their incendiary criticisms of other faiths.
McCain spurned the months-old endorsement of Texas preacher John Hagee after an audio recording surfaced in which the preacher said God sent Adolf Hitler to help Jews reach the promised land. McCain called the comment "crazy and unacceptable."
He later repudiated the support of Rod Parsley, an Ohio preacher who has sharply criticized Islam and called the religion inherently violent.
"This was one I didn't see coming," Obama said Saturday when he asked if he had anticipated the firestorm that would erupt over his relationship with Wright.

Apparently the Obamas of Kenya have been reading those scurrilous emails to which Barack likes to refer, because they have no doubt -- contrary to the claims of the Obama campaign, that the presidential candidate was raised a Moslem. They take that as a given.

As the Jerusalem Post reports, "Barack Obama's half brother Malik said Thursday that if elected his brother will be a good president for the Jewish people, despite his Muslim background. In an interview with Army Radio he expressed a special salutation from the Obamas of Kenya."

The Obama brothers' father, a senior economist for the Kenyan government who studied at Harvard University, died in car crash in 1982. He left six sons and a daughter. All of his children - except Malik -- live in Britain or the United States. Malik and Barack met in 1985.

In a remarkable denial issued last November that still stands on the official campaign website, Obama spokesman Robert Gibbs issued a statement explaining that "Senator Obama has never been a Muslim, was not raised as a Muslim, and is a committed Christian."

Apparently Malik Obama, himself a Muslim, had not read the press release.

Melanie Phillips is the most recent commentator to draw attention to the massive body of evidence that leaves no doubt that Barak Hussein Obama was born a Muslim (Islam is patrilineal) and raised a Muslim (so registered in school, acknowledging attending Islamic classes, reported accompanying his step-father to the mosque, and able to recite the Koran in the original Arabic).

Reuven Koret, Aaron Klein and Daniel Pipes have previously pointed to the attempts by Obama and his campaign to conceal the candidate's Muslim background. The well documented evidence draws upon the on-the-ground interviews by researchers in Indonesia and Kenya, published quotations of Obama's childhood friends and his school records, as well as the candidate's own autobiography.

It is not clear whether Barack Obama will now disown his half-brother Malik, or throw him under the campaign bus, for acknowledging that shared family background. In any case, some one should notify "Fight the Smear" tout de suite. Perhaps they can get him with the program.

1. Barack Obama Book Admits Drug Use

Barack Obama�s admission in a 1995 memoir that he used cocaine and marijuana could come back to haunt him if he seeks the White House in 2008.

Obama�s �Dreams From My Father: A Story of Race and Inheritance� was written not long after he graduated from law school, where he was the first black person elected editor of the "Harvard Law Review."

It was reissued in 2004 and became a best seller, along with his new work �The Audacity of Hope: Thoughts on Reclaiming the American Dream.�

With �Dreams From My Father,��� the Democratic senator from Illinois has become the first potential presidential candidate to admit trying cocaine, although he rejected heroin.

�Pot had helped, and booze,� he wrote about his high school days. �Maybe a little blow when you could afford it. Not smack, though.�

He also wrote: �Junkie. Pothead. That�s where I�d been headed: the final, fatal role of the young would-be black man . . . I got high [to] push questions of who I was out of my mind.�

Obama�s African father returned to Kenya when Barack was 2 years old, leaving him to be raised by his white mother and grandparents.

�Obama�s revelations were not an issue during his Senate campaign two years ago,� The Washington Post reports; but now, with a possible presidential campaign looming, �his open narrative of early, bad choices, including drug use starting in high school and ending in college, as well as his tortured search for racial identity, are sure to receive new scrutiny . . . 

�It was not so long ago that such blunt admissions would have led to a candidate�s undoing, and there is uneasiness in Democratic circles that �Dreams From My Father� will provide a blueprint for negative attacks.�

Obama�s spokesman Robert Gibbs sought to downplay any negative effects from the drug disclosures, telling the Post: �I believe what the country is looking for is someone who is open, honest, and candid about themselves rather than someone who seems endlessly driven by polls or focus groups.�

Obama himself has expressed no regrets about the drug disclosures. In a preface to the new edition of his memoir, he wrote that he would tell the same story today �even if certain passages have proven to be inconvenient politically.�

      When Obama was two years old, his parents divorced.  His father returned to Kenya.  His mother then married Lolo Soetoro, a radical Muslim from Indonesia.  When Obama was 6 years old, the family relocated to Indonesia.  Obama attended a Muslim school in Jakarta.  He also spent two years in a Catholic school.  

      Obama takes great care to conceal the fact that he is a Muslim.  He is quick to point out that, he was once a Muslim, but that he also attended Catholic school. Obama's political handlers are attempting to make it appear that Obama's introduction to Islam came via his father, and that this influence was temporary at best.  In reality, the senior Obama returned to Kenya soon after the divorce, and never again had any direct influence over his son's education.  Lolo Soetoro, the second husband of Obama�s mother, Ann Dunham, introduced his stepson to Islam.  Osama was enrolled in a Wahabi school in Jakarta.  Wahabism is the radical teaching that is followed by the Muslim terrorists who are now waging Jihad against the western world. 

      Since it is politically expedient to be a Christian when seeking major public office in the United States,

By "connections" we do not mean casual social contacts, but Obama's deliberate efforts to seek out these entities and gain their support.

We do not, to the best of our knowledge, know of any racist or anti-Semitic statements that Obama has made himself. He either does not understand or just doesn't care, however, that his promotion and solicitation of bigots empowers and enables their bigotry against Jews, white people in general, and/or Catholics.

(1) Obama belongs to a church whose pastor said that "white America" got "its wake up call" after 9/11, and that Israel occupies Palestinian land illegally. Jeremiah Wright also compared the United States to Iraq under Saddam Hussaein.

The same church has a "non-negotiable commitment to Africa." Don't most Christian churches have non-negotiable commitments to the teachings of Jesus, along with the equality of all human beings regardless of race or ethnicity? (2) Obama endorsed Al Sharpton and his National Action Network, both of which have a long track record of promoting hatred of white people and especially Jews.

(3) Obama solicited and accepted the support of MoveOn.org. MoveOn's now-disgraced Action Forum served as a platform for hate speech against Jews, Catholics, Israel, and Evangelical Christians, along with 9/11 conspiracy theories that blamed Jews and/or the U.S. Government for the terrorists� actions. The Jews who are considering voting for Obama (or Clinton) should be doing a lot more research. Even if they don't care if Israel is wiped off the map, do you really want a man whose Church gives out awards to people like Louis Farrakhan? Do you want a man whose volunteers sit under Che Guevara posters (according to the picture shown on KRIV-TV iin Texas)?

 

How many times can a voter turn his head and pretend that he just doesn't see?

 

If I've made a mistake, please debunk me. Until then, I guess I'll have to believe what I see. Just a reminder: I am a U.S. citizen who pays taxes and I have every right to express my opinion on candidates running in an election in which I plan to vote.I don't mind telling you: It won't be for Barack Obama.

Don't worry, Naomi, NJDC has burrowed so deeply into the hole that it just pulled in after it that it won't come out until Groundhog Day in 2009, much less by Election Day in 2008, to say a word against you. As for the Che Guevara picture, here is a screenshot.

Obama's Pastor sounds more like a hate spewing imam. I am shocked this hasn't gotten real media play (oh yeah, it's Obama.) The more you peel back the layers of the Obama onion, the more rotten it is at its core.

Barack Obama is a member of Chicago's Trinity United Church of Christ. Its minister, and Obama's spiritual adviser, is the Rev. Jeremiah A. Wright Jr. In 1982, the church launched Trumpet Newsmagazine; Wright's daughters serve as publisher and executive editor. Every year, the magazine makes awards in various categories. Last year, it gave the Dr. Jeremiah A. Wright Jr. Trumpeter Award to a man it said 'truly epitomized greatness.' That man is Louis Farrakhan.

 

Maybe for Wright and some others, Farrakhan 'epitomized greatness.' For most Americans, though, Farrakhan epitomizes racism, particularly in the form of anti-Semitism. Over the years, he has compiled an awesome record of offensive statements, even denigrating the Holocaust by falsely attributing it to Jewish cooperation with Hitler. "They helped him get the Third Reich on the road." His history is a rancid stew of lies.

We don't agree with the latter statement because Clinton also promoted Al Sharpton while backing MoveOn.org's insult to General David Petraeus, and we will vote for McCain in November. However, Aesop was right about birds of a feather flocking together. Obama surrounds himself with so many anti-Semites, racists, and other bigots that it is difficult not to take him for one himself.

The ascent of Barack Obama from state senator in Illinois to a leading contender for the Presidential nomination in the span of just a few years is remarkable. Especially in light of a noticeably unremarkable record - a near-blank slate of few accomplishments and numerous missed votes.

 

However, in one area of foreign policy that concerns millions of Americans, he does have a record and it is a particularly troubling one. For all supporters of the America-Israel relationship there is enough information beyond the glare of the klieg lights to give one pause. In contrast to his canned speeches filled with "poetry" and uplifting aphorisms and delivered in a commanding way, behind the campaign fa�ade lies a disquieting pattern of behavior.

One seemingly consistent theme running throughout Barack Obama's career is his comfort with aligning himself with people who are anti-Israel advocates.

Start with national security, since the president's most important duties are as commander-in-chief. Over the summer, Mr. Obama talked about invading Pakistan, a nation armed with nuclear weapons; meeting without preconditions with Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, who vows to destroy Israel and create another Holocaust; and Kim Jong Il, who is murdering and starving his people, but emphasized that the nuclear option was off the table against terrorists -- something no president has ever taken off the table since we created nuclear weapons in the 1940s.

 

Even Democrats who have worked in national security condemned all of those remarks. Mr. Obama is a foreign-policy novice who would put our national security at risk.

 

How to fix Social Security? Raise taxes. How to fix Medicare? Raise taxes. Prescription drugs? Raise taxes. Free college? Raise taxes. Socialize medicine? Raise taxes. His solution to everything is to have government take it over. Big Brother on steroids, funded by your paycheck.

 

Finally, look at the social issues. Mr. Obama had the audacity to open a stadium rally by saying, "All praise and glory to God!" but says that Christian leaders speaking for life and marriage have "hijacked" Christianity. He is pro-partial birth abortion, and promises to appoint Supreme Court justices who will rule any restriction on it unconstitutional. He espouses the abortion views of Margaret Sanger, one of the early advocates of racial cleansing. His spiritual leaders endorse homosexual marriage, and he is moving in that direction. These are radical left, Hollywood, and San Francisco values, not Middle America values.

Obama is not merely pro-partial birth abortion, he is pro-live birth abortion as shown by his central role in derailing Illinois 'Born Alive Infants Protection Act' and even NARAL Pro-Choice America did not oppose the Federal version.

 

The consensus is that Barack Obama promotes anti-Semitism, racism, and/or hatred of Israel. All decent people must stand up on the Internet and in letters to the editor to expose the phony smile on top of the empty suit.
