Sandra Day O'Connor, whose crowning acievement was to establish "equality" as giving the wife 100% and the husband zero percent authority over the murder of a jointly conceived child of God, is now being called upon to solve yet another social crisis--whether or not any US citizen hasss the "right to petition the courts" for visitation rights with any other child in the country.  A Washington state law which gives legal grandparents but not natural grandparents whose son was not legally married to the mother the right to petition the courts is being challenged by the natural paternal grandparents because the mother refuses to allow her children to visit them.

This would not happen if "they are by law his children", because fathers are competent to care for their children.   The court is now being called upon to intercede in private family matters, yet again, because it is widely known that mothers are not so competent.
