How can it be explained that the USA, which spends so MUCH for education, still manages to rank 42^nd out of 63 nations, and our “ally” Israel ranks 47^th even though jews are supposed to have an average IQ of 127?

And this is at age 15, BEFORE competition in education begins in earnest in so many other countries and their scores skyrocket by 18 years of age.
