In IAEP, US 13 year olds did very poorly as well, scoring only 494, compared to their racial brethren in Switzerland at 539, Asians in Korea at 542, and Spain at 495, one point higher. If the 74.5% who are Whites scored 539 like their brethren in Switzerland, the 9% who're Hispanics scored 495 like their brethren in Spain, and the 4% who're Asians scored 542 like their brethren in Korea, then the ONLY way to explain this extremely disappointing low score of 495 is if the 12.5% who're blacks scored only 209. This average for American blacks is 5 points higher than blacks in DC, but a whopping 218 points LOWER than their brethren in Mozambique, at 427.

Third of Four Studies:
I am sorry that I have omitted certain things in my writings,
which things I had presumed that many of your readers would be familiar with.
However, I should have gone into more detail to clarify the matter, which I
shall endeavor to do now:
First, my usage of the word "Temple" instead of "Tabernacle"
was close but was not technically correct. During the time of David, Israel
still used the Tabernacle. David was not allowed to build the Temple
because he was a man of war, or a bloody man, therefore, it fell to his son,
Solomon to build the Temple. The more permanent Temple replaced the
temporary and portable Tabernacle, but in most ways, the Temple was inferior, as
the Tabernacle was modeled after the real Tabernacle which was in Heaven, which
God showed to Moses while he was on the mount. In it was portrayed a type
of Christ. Please forgive my technical error.
Now for the matter at hand, please look at the following
scripture:
7 And they shall no more offer their sacrifices unto devils, after whom they
have gone a whoring. This shall be a statute for ever unto them through their
generations.
8 And thou shalt say unto them, Whatsoever man there be of the house of
Israel, or of the strangers which sojourn among you, that offereth a
burnt offering or sacrifice,
9 And bringeth it not unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, to
offer it unto the Lord; even that man shall be cut off from among his people.
Leviticus 17: 7-9
Editor's note: "strangers which sojourn" is translated from "ger asher gur", "whatsoever man" is translated from "Ish Ish", "there be" was added by the translators, and "among his people" was translated from "min am". Where "gur" is translated as "sojourn" here, it's also translated as "sojourners" and "strangers" by the KJV, suggesting that it could possibly be a noun rather than a verb. The word "min" is usually translated as "than" or "rather than". In this context, the word "am" refers to the house of Israel.

Please note in the above scriptures are two categories of
people who had to bring an offering to the door of the Tabernacle or be "cut
off" from the people for refusing to do so (put to death for blasphemy):
The first category is the children of Israel, that is to say, the
direct descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. These people are racial
Israelites, and therefore part of the body politic which is exclusively makes up
the "Congregation of Israel," omitting all other races.
The second category is "strangers which sojourn among you."
These are all the other people who might be residing in the land (note: reside,
not domicile) who are not racial Israelites.
That was the law of the land. Israelite or stranger /
sojourner, if you committed sin, which defiles the land, you had to go to the
door of the Tabernacle with a sacrifice for sin, or else. Period...
By carefully paying close attention to the absolute fact that there
were two categories only: Israelites and non-Israelites, one can then understand
that in Scripture, only Israelites (living in Israel or elsewhere) were part of
the Congregation, part of the body politic. For example Saul of Tarsus,
later the Apostle Paul, lived in Tarsus, but was still considered an Israelite.
One may equally understand that "Strangers/Sojourners"
(non-Israelites) are not of the race, of the Congregation, nor of the body
politic, nor will they ever be for their entire lives, and it matters not
whether they live in the land of Israel or not. The thing that is
demanded of both groups (or else) is that if they are in the land of
Israel, they had to make the offerings. That was the law of the
land, lest the land be defiled, such as for the shedding of innocent blood which
defiles a land under the laws of God.
I also failed to specify that the foreigners brought their
sin offering to the door of the Tabernacle and later to the door of the Temple,
never went into the Holy Place, nor into the Holy of Holies. Only a pure
blood Israelite, and only of the Tribe of Levi, where the priests came from
could go in to the Holy Place or the Holy of Holies. Remember the
Israelite King that was punished for offering his own offering on the alter?
How much more would God punish a stranger?
Concerning the Tabernacle, it had three parts, the Outer Court, the
Holy Place and the Holy of Holies. Each part had its own door, two were
curtains (for the Outer Court, and the Holy Place ) and a thick veil was used
for a door to the Holy of Holies.
The Outer Court held the Brazen Alter and the Laver, also of brass,
for ceremonial cleansing. It also contained the Tabernacle proper.
The Tabernacle proper contained the Holy Place and on the opposite
side of a thick veil it contained the Holy of Holies.
The Holy Place held the "Lamp Stand," the "Alter of
Incense" and the "Table of Show Bread".
The Holy of Holies contained the "Ark of the Covenant."
Now if a Priest (Israelite) sins, or if the Congregation sins (whole
people/ body politic), or is a Ruler sins (Israelite), or a singular person sins
(Israelite or Stranger), the sacrifice is made but the Priest puts the blood
upon the horns of the brazen alter.
Again, it is racial. Either Israelites only
(Congregation of the Lord / body politic), or strangers, sojourners (Not a
racial Israelite). A sin offering must be made, even by foreigners.
And as an aside, a daughter of a priest had a right to eat of
the show bread, but if she married someone of another race, (one of those
strangers sojourning in the land) she lost that blessing, which is part of her
heritage…
