Sielaff banned posts to the FPE list based on the FALSE allegation that someone "advocated the killing all the jews" http://www.egroups.com/message/FPE/7471 There was NO such language in ANY post on this list, EVER.

She then permitted posts to the list suggesting that the one who allegedly posted this statement might be the target of "weapons imported into this country" which need "a sporting purpose".

THIS IS THE DANGEROUS, IRRESPONSIBLE, CRIMINAL SPEECH WHICH AMERICANS WANT TO PASS HATE LAWS TO PREVENT!!

Al, I much appreciate the feelings which you are relaying. I certainly understand them. Though I feel the need to note that if all of our comments had to be 'just' friendly we'd all be kicked out for our comments regarding the Clinton/Gore and NWO hierarchy.

I have to be honest and state that I do not read every word posted. I did not read a post from anyone here that advocated the "killing all the jews". I've read comments on other lists regarding such and of the same regarding cops and lawyers. Obviously, I strongly disagree! I remain on one unnamed list which comes first to my mind because the majority of the posters provide good posts, and I refuse to quit the list because of the couple of folks whom I consider to be aholes at times.

I'd been keeping an eye on Mr. Knight as I quickly became aware of his CI spirit. I'd taken some offense as to some messages he'd provided but didn't feel they were directly aimed at a member of this group, and determined that I might just be reacting too sensitively regarding some remarks and contents, and that I should sit back a tad and wait till I felt positive that he'd crossed the line.

Yesterday the listing only had one rule, disrespect aimed at a member of the group would not be tolerated. Today I included derogatory comments regarding race, sex and religion. For those that have been here since the onset of this list, you know what I'll tolerate and you also know that I attempt to be fair.

Again, I am not going to insult the intelligence of the members of this group. Everyone here knows what is acceptable conduct and material for this list.

I can apologize to any who may feel that I should have taken quicker action, but though I'll sometimes lay a claim to ESP capabilities I'd not received any complaints regarding Mr. Knight's conduct until today. And, I had already communicated with him off list yesterday regarding acceptable list material. His response came through loud and clear on the list today.

He's history and we can now go back to FPE business as usual. I'll have to deal with some crap off list over this, but I can do that. I've already started hitting the delete key without reading contents based on sender and subject line.

possibly I am mistaken. it might have come from another list, but it did
come from the same person. and what I meant about being "friendly" was
towards each other. talking about killing jews when there are jews on the
list qualifies as "unfriendly". bashing people public figures, is ,as far as I
know, still in the realm of "good sport".

I read something a while ago about weapons imported into this country needing a "sporting purpose".

do you think this would qualify?
