Over the years, many well-meaning, Real Americans were tormented by what could only be described as a “freak of nature”, saying things so absurd that many wondered why federal agents never came tapping at his door. His hatred of anyone that wasn’t like him caused many to distance themselves from him long ago. Martin Lindstedt certainly made his share of enemies throughout the years, and has made himself worthy of such attention.

Few people dared to even respond to his ranting, knowing full well it would only result in name-calling, false accusations, and even threats in some cases. Yes, this person even caused some on the internet to live in fear.

It has NEVER been the case for The Sierra Times to use deliberately attack or humiliate someone. But in this case, the accused brought it on himself – allegedly. And so, to Mr. Lindstedt, the man who was above all of us ‘lesser people’, never to meet his standards. He may have finally found someone on his level to have a loving relationship with. Problem is….

…Oh well, for those of you who have (dis)pleasure of crossing wits with one Martin Lindstedt, read the following story and know there is at least a little justice left in this world.

Rural Granby Man Sent back to jail;court date set

NEOSHO, Mo. - A Newton County circuit judge set a May 18 pretrial conference for a rural Granby man accused of having deviate sexual intercourse with a boy younger than 12.

Martin Lindstedt, 47, who is being held in the Newton County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bond on a charge of statutory sodomy, was arraigned Wednesday before Associate Judge Greg Stremel.

During the arraignment, Lindstedt did not answer questions regarding whether he will hire an attorney or if he would like the court to assign him one. Stremel ordered Lindstedt returned to jail and said he would send a copy of the complaints to Lindstedt there.

Authorities served an arrest warrant Tuesday at Lindstedt's home.

According to a probable-cause affidavit, the alleged victim said in a therapy session that Lindstedt on multiple occasions began "kissing his penis, buttocks, stomach and back." The acts are alleged to have taken place between March and August in 2004, starting when the boy was 5.

The investigation was handled by the juvenile division of the Newton County Sheriff's Department.

Lindstedt, who is a perennial candidate for one elective office or another, is a self-described "bigot." He maintains a Web site on which he presents white-supremacist views.
