Someone ran into my daughters car and it was clearly their fault, so they said they owned a repair shop, or knew someone who did, and would repair her car without going through the insurance company. I wasn't there so she went ahead and agreed. She took the car in to them and they gave her a loaner. They fixed the car OK, but she had an accident that was her fault in the loaner. She gave her insurance info to the victims and will be marked her whole early life for it and pay big time in insurance, or should I say that I will pay big time.
Do you see any holes in this scenario that could save mine or her pocketbooks?

I had a major blowout with her today. She's going out of town and said I could
use her car if I want. I drive a junk and she has a relatively new Rabbit. But then
she said I couldn't smoke if I did. Then she went even farther after I agreed to
that and said I couldn't even smell like smoke and get in her car. I hit the ceiling
and started swearing at her and calling he a "damn feminist". I will never
use her car or anything of hers FOREVER. That's off the table, now I'm going to work
on the "damn feminist" stuff.
Now that I can't use my daughter's car, it isn't looking good for long trips. If I get a third job and save alittle, maybe I can get a decent car and get up there. I got some great freinds up there too that I want to see. Standard auto policies usually contain a clause providing coverge for the loaner and if the insurance company is going to cover her for the accident that she had in the loaner, that's about as much as you can expect. I would have been concerned that they might REFUSE to provide coverage for the accident that she had in the loaner on the grounds of her failure to report the first accident. If they are covering that second accident, you and she are probably being treated correctly, and it makes sense that her rates are going to be raised if the second accident was her fault. I don't know of any legalese that can get around that. I don't know how old your daughter is, but I don't think that the accident that was her fault will mark her for her entire early life. Back in early 1984, I was arrested after drinking and driving and I ultimately plead guilty to a reckless driving charge. It was very shameful at the time. But hey, today even the President has a drinking and driving conviction in his past (he was older in 1976 than I was in 1984 too). So does the Vice President, who I think might have TWO such incidents in his past. And the First Lady once killed a man in her automobile under circumstances that I still find suspicious. And it's not as though I would always assume the worst about a woman's conduct :) Anyway, my point is that on the basis of my reckless driving plea, I was downgraded to an "assigned risk" and had to pay boku bucks for auto insurance to the state program. But this state of affairs lasted for only 3 years. After I went 3 years without any incidents, I was taken off "assigned risk", and it didn't take long for me after that to be upgraded to a "preferred" status. So if policy and procedure hasn't changed since then, I'm guessing that your daughter will be marked for about 3 years and no longer, as long as she stays out of trouble for that time.

As I said, I'm about as un-Jewish an Israelite as one can get, and I share the same amount of disgust towards the liberal feminists that are often so predominant in the Jewish community.
Even without feminism and civil rights, the country was well on it's way to homogenity in the Sixties. All of it was used for political reasons, not social justice. In fact we are in more trouble because of the inevitable backlash than we were in the Sixties. Plus none of the identity groups benefitted, they are in reality worse off.
In this sense, I AM worried about the demogogues like Knight, but it could be a whole new brand and it could come from our advocacies. We need to be vigilant. It's one of the reasons the men's movement has been suppressed. The elite knows the dangers. In 1995, I got laid off by a female supervisor with about half my ability and native intellect who had banged her way into that position, and (to beat a dead horse), last year, I got the axe for being naive enough to opine, in writing, that women were using male homosexuality as a means of making war on normal male sexuality. I'm living in a one-bedroom apartment in the Central Valley, pulling down 39 thou a year with little if any benefits and trying to get out from under a crushing amount of debt stemming from those two earlier incidents. I'm 44 years old and straight, and I'll die alone and childless because feminism has made all women seem hideous to me. Even if that wasn't so, I can't AFFORD a real social life. I'm not WHINING about these things; some of them are at least partially self-inflicted; and the rest are just the cards that life dealt to me.
I went through much the same stuff and more. If it happenned to anyother group besides white males, the whinning and victimhood would be deafenning. But I'm just saying that being one of the "chosen people" doesn't get me anywhere. If there are Jewish overlords secretly running the world, they're not doing anything for ME. Why blame me for them? As a group, the blacks and the hispanics are "worse" than the Jews as far as identity group politics goes. Feminism is antithetical to the interests of those communities but seems to be effective in using identity group politics to form alliances with them. Maybe, the WORST example of pussy conservatism was that demonstrated by George the Elder after those Clarence Thomas hearings in 1991. Jesus Christ, three days of emotion-drenched hearings in order to determine whether he used naughty language - LANGUAGE - to a female co-worker. This was done to appease the histrionics of female voters and to further the war against male sexuality. No one can tell me, after that, that women have anything akin to a male sex drive if a man needs to have a virtual rope put around his neck in order to pay for allegations of having used naughty LANGUAGE. This was a seminal incident in my realization that I wasn't just an anti-feminist, but a misogynist, as well. And George the Elder and the Republicans could have used this incident as a means to win black votes by driving a wedge between the blacks and the feminists ("look at what they did to him"), but, of course, like the pussies they are, they ran away from the whole thing and got sandbagged in 1992 by both the blacks AND by The Year of the Woman.

Being a poor man and wanting to marry down, the most logical group in this society should have been black women. I didn't have any problem with race, it was the matriarchal nature of black women tht turned me off. So essentially the lower class wasn't even available to the likes of me, so I had to go "crazy" if I wanted kids.

it and I didn't think much for about it except that it was nice to offer and yea I would
