Dear Mr Ron Bellingham, IMMUNIZATION PROMOTION by the Warwick Shire Council On page 2 of the Weekly Trader Newspaper (30th April 2003), under the heading of "Shire Of Warwick," I read with interest an article entitled "Be wise immunize!" It reads in part: "Immunisation not only gives children a healthy start in life but also protects the entire community from some highly infectious diseases " and in summary ends "For further information contact one of the Councils Customer Service Officers on 4661 0300." Over the years the subject of immunization (vaccination / inoculation) has arisen on many occasions chiefly, whether immunisation is / is not detrimental / hazardous to the recipients health. In the interests of public health and safety, I DEMAND that the Warwick Shire Council complete the attached DISCLOSURE STATEMENT, and make all required disclosures clearly and conspicuously in writing, so I can better determine the legal position of the Warwick Shire Council. Failure to complete the attached Disclosure Statement by your office by 5pm on the 6th June 2003, and it will be taken that for all legal purposes in Australia, and admissible as evidence, that Warwick Shire Councils consent has been received to the conditions contained within the attached Disclosure Statement, and that Warwick Shire Council takes FULL LIABILTY for any and all subsequent legal claims that may arise after the 6th June 2003, should it be proven that the Warwick Shire Council has influenced / encouraged residents of the Warwick Shire confidently to participate in immunization programme/s, to which it is later ascertained and legally proven, that the immunization procedure and its ingredients / drugs have caused, or contributed towards causing allergies, sickness, disabilities or premature death of any of the Warwick Shire Residents, whether they be babies, children or adults.
