The War Room in Southern California is manned by Signatories to the FATHERS' MANIFESTOsm for the express purpose of developing a battle plan in the war against fatherlessness, and for implementing the Solution. The location and access to the War Room is limited to Signatories who have been the target of anti-mail discrimination by the courts and who are thus dedicated to taking positive action to end it. The Action List is maintained, updated, promoted, coordinated, and acted on in the War Room.
