An Optical Illusion
Judging just by the above series of photos, it's not clear that both the south tower and the north tower could have been visible from this angle, which would mean that the fire in the first 9 frames are from the plane which hit the north tower. A satellite view of these towers looking North, with the south tower at the bottom, suggests that you would have to be much further East than the ABC announcer was to be unable to see the north tower at all.
A site map of the complex shows that three quarters of the north tower would be visible from the position by building 4 where the ABC announcer in the above pictures was standing. At 9 am in the morning, the sun would have been shining brightly on the East walls of the twin towers (as it is above), which is what made it difficult to distinguish between the two buildings.
