Practice. Let us first look, briefly, at the concept and International legal meaning
of the word Practice
and as defined by the Court of Human Rights, Strasbourg, France, in
Ireland v. United Kingdom, plus The Greek Case.
Criterion.
1) The repetition of Acts or a sequence of Acts over a period of time.
and
2) The official tolerance by a Government Agency or Agencies of such a Practice.
Concept.
ACT
" A practice
incompatible with the Convention consists of an accumulation of identical or analogous
breaches which are sufficiently numerous and inter-connected to amount not merely to
isolated incidents or exceptions but to a pattern or system; a practice does not of itself constitute a violation
separate from such breaches ". (Ireland
v. UK)
TOLERANCE
It is inconceivable that the higher authorities of a State should be, or at least should
be entitled to be, unaware of the existence of such a practice.
Furthermore, under the Convention those authorities are strictly liable for the
conduct of their subordinates; they are under a duty to impose
their will on subordinates and cannot shelter behind their inability to
ensure that it is respected. (Ireland v.
UK)
Administrative Practice.
" .... there is a practice of
non-observance of certain Convention provisions, the remedies prescribed will of necessity
be side-stepped or rendered inadequated. Thus, if there was an administrative
practice of torture or ill-treatment, judicial remedies prescribed would tend to be
rendered ineffective by the difficulty of securing probative evidence, and administrative
inquiries would either be not instituted, or if they were, would be likely to be
half-hearted and incomplete...." (Greek Case Art. 3)

The Practice.
Norway has found an inexpensive (cheap), efficient, and yet very effective method of
protecting the " Loving Caring Mother " from legal repercussions, which may be
instituted by the Dad ( The devoted, soft, very naive,
income earning and sometimes Gutless Parent ), and which deprive the Kids
and the Dad of family life in violation of Article 8 and Article 5 of the 7 Protocol of the European Convention of
Human Rights and the United Nations Convention of the Rights of the Child.
This method requires the co-operation of the following parties;
a) The Courts
b) The Judges
c) The Lawyers
d) The Expert Witnesses (Hostile Witness)
e) The Child Protection Services (Barnvern)
f) The Social Office (Social Kontor)
g) The Education System ( Schools + Play school )
h) The Attorney Generals Office
The Legal System, by that one also means Judges, Expert Witnesses (Sakkyndig) and Lawyers,
are using the following two main methods to "break down" the Father and if need
be cause him to take his life, and on occasions, the life of his children, of course, in the interests of Justice; This
