I'm not sure what you're talking about? The University of Florida is a public university, funded by public funds, so it's not private property. He was a student who PAID to go there, giving him the RIGHT to ask questions. Nobody ever actually asked him to leave, they just didn't like the questions he was asking and tried to stop him. Once he has the mic, all they can do, and all they should have done, is cut the mic, not manhandle him. This goes straight to free speech in the Constitution.
