Is the following the point you referenced?:

 

"4. Harassment: Use of the ZNet India ’s service to transmit any material (by e-mail, uploading, posting or otherwise) that harasses another."

 

 

If so, then exactly who do you believe "harasses another", and where on our site do you believe that takes place?

 

Could it be that Znet is in violation of point 4, by harassing us?

 

We will gladly remove anything from the site that "harasses another" the instant you inform us exactly what you mean and which part needs to be removed.

 

Will you apply the same principle to yourselves?
